Tots and Co. Member Responsibility
The Mother and Toddler Group of Toulouse otherwise known as “Tots and Co.” is a French registered (loi
de 1901) association which occupies the hall (foyer rural) of Léguevin on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The aim
of the association is to provide a meeting point for English speaking parents and children whereby they may
participate in cultural activities and offer help, friendship and support to fellow members. The members* offer
physical/intellectual interaction in English for their children through the means of play, singing, dancing etc.
The members* acknowledge that they retain complete individual responsibility for their children at all times
hereby freeing The Mother and Toddler Group of Toulouse otherwise known as “Tots and Co.” of all
responsibility. The members* accept that they are solely responsible for the participation or non-participation
in any activity suggested by the other members and are to provide suitable supervision of their child(ren)
either at the hall occupied by the group or at any outside location or at any home address of a following
member. The members* acknowledge that they have been asked to subscribe to a suitable insurance policy i.e.
with full “Responsabilité Civile”. The committee reserves the right to ask for a copy of this insurance coverage
or “Attestation de Responsabilité Civile”.

Responsabilité Individuelle des adhérents* de “Tots and Co.”
The Mother and Toddler Group of Toulouse aussi dénommé « Tots and Co. » est une association de la loi de
1901 qui accueille ses adhérents au Foyer Rural de la ville de Léguevin tous les mardis et vendredis matins.
L’association a pour but de proposer un lieu de rencontre et d’échange pour les familles anglophones ainsi que de
proposer des activités culturelles. L’association offre un soutien moral et/ou physique afin d’aider ces familles
dans leur installation en France. Les adhérents* s’engagent à participer aux activités ludiques afin de stimuler
leurs enfants en langue anglaise par le biais du jeu, du chant, de la danse…. Les adhérents* utilisateurs de la
structure doivent assurer la surveillance de leur(s) enfant(s) et par conséquent dégagent l’association Tots and
Co. de toute responsabilité. Les adhérents* sont libres de participer ou non aux activités suggérées par les
adhérents* eux-mêmes. L’adhérent* qui ne participe pas aux activités mais reste néanmoins présent sur le site
garde la responsabilité de son (ses) enfant(s). Ces règles s’appliquent également en cas d’activité à l’extérieur,
au domicile d’un adhérent* ou lors d’une sortie dans une autre structure. Chaque adhérent* assure posséder
une responsabilité civile en cours afin de couvrir les dommages éventuels occasionnés ainsi que les dégâts
provoqués.
