Bouchons pour Buses de Nettoyage et de Retouche

Ce document clarifie les types de bouchons utilisés pour les buses de nettoyage et de retouche pour toute
imprimante Nipson (N7000 et suivantes).
Buse de nettoyage : Les bouchons à utiliser sont identifies dans les Manuels Produits des imprimantes :
47244883-002 Bouchon buse (x5)
(coller la rondelle 76951164-001 à l’intérieur
du bouchon)
Le bouchon buse est fourni en quantité = 5. La
rondelle doit être commandée séparément
(commander 1 pièce par bouchon) et collée à
l’intérieur du bouchon, utilisant une colle
cyanoacrylate (super glue)
Buse de retouche :
La référence 47244883-002, est encore à utiliser, mais dans ce cas :

PAS DE RONDELLE ;
La longueur du manche du bouchon doit être réduite (de sa longueur d’origine de 30mm) à 10mm en
coupant l’extrémité du manche comme indiqué par le dessin suivant :

End Plugs for Cleaning and Retouch Nozzles
This TSB clarifies the type of end plugs required for the vacuum retouch nozzle and for the cleaning nozzle for
all printers (N7000 and later).
Cleaning nozzle: The printer Product Manuals identify the end plugs used:
47244883-002 Nozzle plug (x5)

Vacuum Retouch nozzle:
The end plugs to be used are again ref. 47244883-002, but in this case:

NO WASHER is used;
The length of the plug handle must be reduced (from its original length of 30mm) to 10mm by cutting
off the end of the plug handle as indicated by the following drawing.
2∆: after cutting to length,
round off angles to 45° or
r=1 at cut edges
