Items discussed:
Donations: same as last report
Bike Swap:
Louise and Rita will take admissions; Dan Wiley will bring seed money for admissions.
Sandy will handle coffee and Friends/snowmaking table. Kris will get cups, creamer and sugar
Vendors: not many so far. Expecting Wheel & Sprocket and Expedition Cycle + small tables
Helmets: Kris reported there are some left in the barn in a plastic bag (as per rangers info)
Posters: Bob will distribute
Easels: We need 4-6 brought to the school Sat. morning
Anne: has signage
Tom: Will take photos
Sharon Graham will bring bakery as well as 14 others. Kris will supervise
Theresa: will take care of lunch for vendors
Anne: Needs corral helpers; Kris will pass around a sheet at the banquet Feb 26th
Bob: Banners are up. He will have a schematic ofwhere the tables are set up in the gym

Annual Skiathon Anne reported that the New Year’s Day Skiathon posted 2000K’s of skiing. She would
like to do more advertising, taking photos and coordinating to make this a BIG event.
