Description
®
The implantable Soft PGA Felt is an absorbable non-woven textile (felt) and consists of pure polyglycolic acid with a
molecular weight of around 50.000. The chemical formula of the polymer is (C2H2O2)n and is coloured by a biocompatible
dye (D+C V No. 2). It is mainly absorbed between 40 and 60 days after implantation with a 50% loss in mechanical

strength after 7 days. The Soft PGA Felt is available in a variety of different sizes. The surgeon can cut each item to the
®
required shape and size. The Soft PGA Felt is mechanically resistant and it can be fixed by suture stitches to the desired
place.
Indications
®
The Soft PGA Felt is indicated for short term protection of underlying tissue. It can be applied for haemostasis alone or
in combination with fibrin glue in case of oozing bleedings.
®
The Soft PGA Felt can be used as suture reinforcement of PGA suture material.
Absolute Contraindication
®
The Soft PGA Felt should not be exposed directly to the blood stream.
®
The Soft PGA Felt should not be used in patients who expect to undergo a chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy within
three weeks after application.
®
The Soft PGA Felt is not suitable for the implantation in joints, joint segments and in areas near the joints of the spine.
Relative Contraindication
Infection or suspected infection in the field of operation. In this case the surgeon must judge the possible advantages
against the possible disadvantages or side effects.
Possible Side Effects
®
The following complications may be associated with the implantation of the Soft PGA Felt :
- Acute or chronic foreign body reaction
- Infection
Contents and Packaging
®
The Soft PGA Felt is available in different sizes. The information is indicated on the label of the product carton. The Soft
®
PGA Felt is packaged in a sterile, sealed gas-impermeable peelable aluminium coated inner bag. This is enclosed within
an outer peelable bag which is sterile inside. The bag is contained in a protective outer product carton. The Soft PGA
®
Felt is made of pure PGA in a non-woven textile form (felt) and fulfils Directive 93/42 ECC of the European Council for
medical devices.
Sterilisation
®
The Soft PGA Felt is sterilised by gamma irradiation. The content of the inner bag remains sterile as long as the outer
bag is undamaged, unopened and the directions concerning storage and expiration date are followed.
®
Warning: The Soft PGA Felt cannot be re-sterilised. If the above recommendations are ignored the user is solely liable for
any undesired consequences.
Storage
®
The Soft PGA Felt is to be stored in the protective product carton in cool and dry conditions. It should be kept out of direct
sunlight or massive temperature fluctuations, such as those found near heating or air-conditioning units.
Expiration Date
®
The date of expiration of the Soft PGA Felt is indicated on the front of each product carton. It must not be used beyond the
expiration date.
®
Instructions for the Use of the Soft PGA Felt
General Remarks
®

The Soft PGA Felt may only be used by a surgeon. The Soft PGA Felt was manufactured by Alpha Research with great
care and under stringent quality control. Since Alpha Research has no control over the indication and use of the device,
Alpha Research cannot give further guarantees for this product. No representative of Alpha Research or distributor is
entitled to make any additional guarantees.
®
Warning: General rules pertaining to asepsis must be strictly observed when using the Soft PGA Felt .
It must not be implanted within the blood stream.
®
The Soft PGA Felt should not be used as a bridge for tissue which is exposed to heavy mechanical stress.
®
Warning: It is important to note that the Soft PGA Felt can swell slightly. Compression within the area of nerves, spinal
cord and brain can not be excluded. In this case the surgeon must judge the possible advantages against the possible
disadvantages or side effects.
Warning: Soft PGA Felt with the thickness 1,1 mm is not suitable for use in stapler.
Opening the Package
The outer bag should be peeled open and the sterile content presented to the user under aseptic conditions. The sterile
aluminium coated bag is removed by the user and peeled open.

Implantation of the Soft PGA Felt
®
The Soft PGA Felt is for short term protection of underlying tissue. It can be applied for haemostasis alone or in
combination with fibrin glue in case of oozing bleedings. Especially in case of capillary bleedings of parenchymatous organs,
®
the Soft PGA Felt can be used as suture reinforcement of PGA suture material.
Warning: The surgeon must adhere to the same principle as for PGA suture material application. The loss of mechanical
strength after implantation has to be considered. The absorption might be impaired in bradytrophic tissue. In this case, PGA
or hydrolysis products of PGA may lead to foreign body reaction with local irritations.

Beschreibung
®
Der implantierbare Soft PGA Felt ist ein resorbierbarer, nicht gewebter Textilstoff (Filz) und besteht aus reiner
Polyglykolsäure (PGA) mit einem Molekulargewicht von ca. 50.000. Die chemische Formel des Polymers lautet (C2H2O2)n
und ist durch einen biokompatiblen Farbstoff- Zusatz (D+C V Nr. 2) gefärbt. Die Resorption erfolgt nach Implantation im
Wesentlichen zwischen 40 und 60 Tagen. Die mechanische Festigkeit beträgt in Folge von Hydrolyse nach 7 Tagen noch
®
50%. Der Soft PGA Felt wird in verschiedenen Größen angeboten. Der Chirurg kann diese in die gewünschte Form
®
zuschneiden. Der Soft PGA Felt ist mechanisch belastbar und kann mit Nähten an der gewünschten Stelle fixiert
werden.
Indikationen
®
Der Soft PGA Felt ist indiziert für einen kurzfristigen Schutz des unterliegenden Gewebes. Er kann zur Hämostase allein
oder bei diffusen Gewebeblutungen in Kombination mit Fibrinkleber eingesetzt werden.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt kann auch als Nahtwiderlager von PGA Nahtmaterial verwendet werden.
Absolute Kontraindikationen
®
Der Soft PGA Felt darf nicht direkt in strömendes Blut implantiert werden.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt soll nicht bei Patienten angewendet werden, die sich innerhalb von drei Wochen nach der
Implantation einer Chemo- und/oder Radiotherapie unterziehen müssen.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt ist nicht zur Implantation in Gelenken, Gelenkabschnitten und in gelenknahen Bereichen der
Wirbelsäule geeignet.
Relative Kontraindikationen
Infektionen oder Verdacht auf Infektionen im Operationsfeld. In diesem Fall muss der Chirurg den möglichen Nutzen
gegen die möglichen Risiken abwägen.
Mögliche Nebenwirkungen
®
Folgende Komplikationen können auch nach der Implantation des Soft PGA Felt auftreten:
- Akute und chronische Fremdkörperreaktion
- Infektion
Inhalt und Verpackung
®
Der Soft PGA Felt wird in verschiedenen Größen angeboten. Die entsprechenden Informationen sind auf der
Verpackung angegeben.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt befindet sich in einem sterilen, versiegelten, gasundurchlässigen Alubeutel, der von einem sterilen
®
Peelbeutel umgeben ist. Der Peelbeutel wird von einem Produktkarton geschützt. Der Soft PGA Felt ist hergestellt aus
reiner PGA in Form eines nicht gewebten Textilstoffes (Filz) und erfüllt die Direktive 93/42 EWG des Europäischen Rates
für Medizinprodukte.
Sterilisation
®
Der Soft PGA Felt ist mit Gammastrahlen sterilisiert. Der Inhalt der Beutel bleibt steril, solange der äußere Peelbeutel
nicht beschädigt oder geöffnet ist und die Vorgaben bezüglich der Lagerung und des Verfallsdatums befolgt werden.
®
Warnhinweis: Der Soft PGA Felt kann nicht resterilisiert werden. Bei Nichtbefolgung der Gebrauchsanweisung ist der
Anwender für unerwünschte Folgen allein verantwortlich.
Lagerung
®
Der Soft PGA Felt soll im Produktkarton kühl und trocken gelagert werden.
Er ist vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und starken Temperaturschwankungen, wie sie neben Heizkörpern und Klimaanlagen
auftreten, zu schützen.
Verfallsdatum
®
Das Verfallsdatum des Soft PGA Felt befindet sich auf jeder Packung. Eine Verwendung über das Verfallsdatum hinaus ist
nicht zulässig.

Hinweise zum Gebrauch des Soft PGA Felt
Allgemeine Hinweise
®

Der Soft PGA Felt darf nur von einem Chirurgen verwendet werden. Der Soft PGA Felt wurde von Alpha Research mit
großer Sorgfalt und strenger Qualitätskontrolle hergestellt. Da Alpha Research keine Kontrolle über die Indikation und den
Gebrauch des Produkts hat, kann Alpha Research keine weitergehenden Garantien für die Ware geben. Kein Vertreter oder
®
Distributor von Alpha Research ist berechtigt, für Soft PGA Felt Zusatzgarantien zu geben.
®
Warnhinweis: Allgemeine Regeln der Asepsis müssen bei der Verwendung des Soft PGA Felt streng befolgt werden.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt darf nicht im Blutstrom implantiert werden.
®
Der Soft PGA Felt sollte nicht als vorübergehender Gewebeersatz, der großen mechanischen Kräften ausgesetzt ist,
verwendet werden.
®
Warnhinweis: Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass der Soft PGA Felt leicht anschwellen kann. Kompression im Bereich von
Nerven, Rückenmark und Gehirn kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Der Chirurg muss die potenziellen Risiken gegen die
möglichen Vorteile abwägen.

Warnhinweis: Die Filzdicke 1,1 mm von Soft PGA Felt ist für die Verwendung in Staplern nicht geeignet.
Öffnen der Verpackung
Für den Gebrauch wird der äußere Peelbeutel geöffnet und der Inhalt dem Benutzer unter aseptischen Bedingungen
präsentiert. Der sterile Peelbeutel mit Aluminiumbeschichtung wird durch den Benutzer entnommen und geöffnet.
®
Implantation des Soft PGA Felt
®
Soft PGA Felt schützt das unterliegende Gewebe. Er kann zur Hämostase allein oder bei diffusen Gewebeblutungen in
®
Kombination mit Fibrinkleber eingesetzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann der Soft PGA Felt auch als Nahtwiderlager, insbesondere
bei parenchymatösen Organen verwendet werden.
Warnhinweis: Der Chirurg sollte die gleichen Grundsätze wie bei der Anwendung von resorbierbarem PGA Nahtmaterial,
insbesondere den Verlust der mechanischen Festigkeit nach der Implantation, berücksichtigen. Bei bradytrophem Gewebe
kann es zu einer verzögerten Resorption kommen. In diesem Fall können das PGA, bzw. die Hydrolyseprodukte als
Fremdkörper zu lokalen Irritationen führen.

ISTRUZIONI PER I’USO
Descrizione
®
Il Soft PGA Felt impiantabile è un tessuto non tessuto assorbente (feltro) ed è costituito da acido poliglicolico puro con
un peso molecolare di circa 50.000. La formula chimica del polimero è (C2H2O2)n e viene colorata aggiungendo un
colorante biocompatibile (D+C V N. 2). L’assorbimento da parte dei tessuti avviene sostanzialmente tra i 40 e i 60 giorni
®
dopo l’impianto con una perdita di resistenza meccanica per idrolisi del 50% dopo 7 giorni. Il Soft PGA Felt è
disponibile in diverse misure. Il chirurgo può tagliare il tessuto per ricavare la forma e la dimensione desiderata. Il Soft
PGA Felt ® è resistente alle sollecitazioni meccaniche e può essere fissato nel punto desiderato con dei punti di sutura.
Indicazioni
®
Il Soft PAG Felt è indicato per proteggere a breve termine i tessuti sottostanti. Può essere impiegato da solo come
emostatico o in combinazione con colla di fibrina in presenza di sanguinamenti diffusi dei tessuti.
®
Il Soft PGA Felt può essere usato per rinforzare le suture riassorbibili in PGA.
Controindicazioni assolute
®
Il Soft PGA Felt non può essere impiantato direttamente nel flusso sanguigno.
®
Il Soft PGA Felt non deve essere impiegato nei pazienti che dovranno essere sottoposti a chemioterapia o a radioterapia
nelle tre settimane dopo l’impianto.
®
Il Soft PGA Felt non è destinato ad essere impiantato nel’ articolazioni, sezioni unite alle articolazioni e in aree vicine alle
articolazioni della colonna vertebrale.
Controindicazioni relative
Infezioni o rischio di infezioni in campo operatorio. In questo caso il chirurgo deve adottare le possibili misure necessarie
per eliminare tutti i possibili rischi.
Possibili effetti collaterali

Dopo aver impiantato nei tessuti il Soft PGA Felt possono insorgere le seguenti complicazioni:

®
Il Soft PGA Felt è disponibile in diverse misure. Le relative informazioni sono riportate sull’imballo.
®
Il Soft PGA Felt è confezionato in un sacchetto di alluminio robusto, sigillato, impermeabile al gas, che è racchiuso in un
altro sacchetto sterile da aprire ed eliminare al momento dell’uso. Il sacchetto viene custodito in un cartone di protezione
®
del prodotto. Il Soft PGA Felt è realizzato come tessuto non tessuto (feltro) in PGA puro e rispetta la direttiva 93/42 CEE
del Consiglio Europeo per i dispositivi medici.
Sterilizzazione
®
Il Soft PGA Felt viene sterilizzato con radiazioni gamma. Il contenuto del sacchetto rimane sterile, a patto che il
sacchetto esterno non venga danneggiato o aperto e vengano rispettate le prescrizioni relative allo stoccaggio e alla
data di scadenza.
®
Attenzione: Il Soft PGA Felt non può essere nuovamente sterilizzato. In caso di mancata osservanza delle istruzioni
d’uso l’utente sarà il solo responsabile di tutte le conseguenze derivanti da un uso improprio del prodotto.
Stoccaggio
®
Il Soft PGA Felt deve essere conservato nei cartoni di protezione del prodotto in un luogo fresco e asciutto.. Non esporre il
prodotto ai raggi solari diretti e a forti variazioni di temperatura, che possono insorgere per la vicinanza a impianti di
riscaldamento e di climatizzazione.

La data di scadenza del prodotto Soft PGA Felt è riportata su ogni imballo. Non è consentito l’uso del prodotto oltre la data
di scadenza.

Indicazioni di carattere generale

L’uso del Soft PGA Felt è riservato esclusivamente ai chirurghi. Il Soft PGA Felt è stato realizzato da Alpha Research con
estrema cura e severi controlli a livello qualitativo. Poiché Alpha Research non esercita alcun tipo di controllo sulle
indicazioni e sull’impiego del prodotto, Alpha Research non è in grado di fornire ulteriori garanzie in merito al prodotto.

Nessun rappresentante o distributore di Alpha Research è autorizzato a fornire garanzie aggiuntive per il Soft PGA Felt .
®
Attenzione: utilizzando il Soft PGA Felt occorre osservare scrupolosamente le regole generali di asepsi.

Il Soft PGA Felt non può essere impiantato nel flusso sanguigno.

Il Soft PGA Felt non deve essere usato come sostitutivo provvisorio del tessuto che è esposto a forze meccaniche elevate.

Attenzione: E 'importante notare che il Soft PGA Felt può gonfiarsi leggermente. Compressione all'interno della zona di

Apertura dell’imballo
Per usare il prodotto aprire il sacchetto esterno. Il contenuto si presenta all’utente in condizioni asettiche. L’utente estrae e
apre il sacchetto sterile con il rivestimento in alluminio.

Come viene impiantato il Soft PGA Felt
®
Soft PGA Felt protegge il tessuto sottostante. Può essere impiegato da solo come emostatico o in combinazione con colla
®
di fibrina in presenza di sanguinamenti diffusi dei tessuti. In caso di necessità il Soft PGA Felt può essere impiegato per
rinforzare le suture, in particolare nel caso di sanguinamenti capillari di organi parenchimatosi.
Attenzione: il chirurgo deve considerare gli stessi principi vigenti in caso di applicazione del materiale di sutura riassorbibile
in PGA, in particolare la perdita di resistenza meccanica dopo l’impianto. In caso di tessuto braditrofico si può avere un
assorbimento ritardato. In questo caso il PGA e/o i prodotti ottenuti per idrolisi possono provocare una reazione del corpo
estraneo accompagnata da locali fenomeni d’irritazione.

Descripción

El Soft PGA Felt implantable es una sustancia textil (fieltro) resorbible no tejido y compuesto por ácido poliglicol (PGA)
puro con un peso molecular aproximado de 50.000.
La fórmula química del polímero es (C2H2O2)n y está teñida con un aditivo colorante biocompatible (D+C V N. 2). La
resorción se produce entre 40 y 60 días después de la implantación.
Como consecuencia de la hidrólisis, a los 7 días la resistencia mecánica se reduce al 50%.

®
El Soft PGA Felt se ofrece en diversas medidas. El cirujano puede cortarlas en la forma deseada. Soft PGA Felt es
mecánicamente resistente y puede ser fijado mediante suturas al lugar deseado.
Indicaciones
®
El Soft PGA Felt está indicado para una protección a corto plazo del tejido subyacente. Puede utilizarse a efectos
solamente de hemostasis o en casos de hemorragias difusas del tejido, en combinación con adhesivos fibrinógenos.
®
El Soft PGA Felt también puede utilizarse como pletget de material de suturas PGA.
Contraindicaciones absolutas
®
El Soft PGA Felt no debe implantarse directamente en sangre que fluye.
®
El Soft PGA Felt no debe aplicarse en pacientes que en las tres semanas siguientes a la implantación deben someterse a
una quimioterapia y / o radioterapia.
®
El Soft PGA Felt no es adecuado para la implantación en las articulaciones, las secciones conjunta y en las zonas cerca
de las articulaciones de la columna vertebral.
Contraindicaciones relativas
Infecciones o la sospecha de infecciones en el campo operatorio. En este caso, el cirujano deberá sopesar la posible
utilidad contra los posibles riesgos.
Contraindicaciones posibles
®
Incluso después de implantar el Soft PGA Felt pueden surgir las complicaciones siguientes:
- Reacción aguda y crónica a cuerpo extraño
- Infección.
Contenido y envoltorio
®
El Soft PGA Felt se ofrece en diferentes medidas. En los envoltorios se indican las informaciones correspondientes.
®
El Soft PGA Felt se encuentra dentro de una bolsa de aluminio estéril, sellada y hermética, envuelta en una bolsa “peel”
®
estéril. La bolsa “peel” está protegida por la caja del producto. El Soft PGA Felt está fabricado con PGA puro en forma de
una sustancia textil (fieltro) no tejida y cumple la Directiva 93/42 CEE del Consejo de Europa sobre Productos Médicos.
Esterilización
®
El Soft PGA Felt ha sido esterilizado con rayos gama. El contenido del envoltorio sigue estéril, mientras no se dañe o abra
la bolsa “peel” exterior y se cumplan las instrucciones concernientes a la conservación y la fecha de caducidad.
®
Atención: El Soft PGA Felt no puede ser re-esterilizado. En caso de no seguir las instrucciones el único responsable por
efectos indeseados es el usuario.
Almacenamiento
®
El Soft PGA Felt debe almacenarse dentro de la caja del producto en ambiente fresco y seco. Debe protegerse del sol
directo y de grandes cambios de temperatura, como se producen por ejemplo cerca de radiadores y aires acondicionados.
Fecha de caducidad
®
La fecha de caducidad del Soft PGA Felt figura en cada envoltorio.
No está permitido el uso después de la fecha de caducidad.
®
Indicaciones para el uso del Soft PGA Felt
Indicaciones generales
®
®
El Soft PGA Felt debe utilizarse únicamente por un cirujano. Alpha Research fabrica el Soft PGA Felt con gran esmero y
bajo un severísimo control de calidad. Habida cuenta que Alpha Research no tiene control alguno sobre la indicación y la
utilización del producto, no puede prestar más garantías por la mercancía. Ningún representante o distribuidor de Alpha
®
Research está autorizado para dar garantías adicionales por el Soft PGA Felt .
®
Atención: Al utilizar el Soft PGA Felt deben observarse rigurosamente las normas generales de la asepsia. El Soft PGA
®
®
Felt no debe implantarse directamente en el flujo sanguíneo. No debiera utilizarse el Soft PGA Felt como sustituto
provisional de tejido que esté sometido a grandes fuerzas mecánicas.
Atención: Es importante señalar que la PGA pueden hincharse un poco. De compresión en la zona de los nervios, la
médula espinal y el cerebro no se puede excluir. El cirujano debe sopesar las ventajas y los inconvenientes.
®
Atención: El grosor del fieltro 1,1 mm del Soft PGA Felt no es adecuado para su utilización en grapadoras.
Abrir el envoltorio
Para su utilización debe abrirse la bolsa “peel” exterior y el contenido se presenta al usuario en condiciones asépticas. El
usuario extrae la bolsa “peel” estéril con recubrimiento de aluminio y la abre.
®
Implantación del Soft PGA Felt
®
El Soft PGA Felt protege el tejido subyacente.
Puede utilizarse a efectos solamente de hemostasis o en casos de hemorragias difusas del tejido, en combinación con
®
adhesivos fibrinógenos. En caso de necesidad el Soft PGA Felt también puede utilizarse como pletget, especialmente en
órganos parenquimatosos.
Atención: El cirujano debe considerar los mismos principios que al utilizar material de suturas PGA resorbible,
principalmente la pérdida de resistencia mecánica después de la implantación. En tejido braditrófico puede producirse una
resorción retardada. En este caso el PGA o los productos de hidrólisis pueden conducir a irritaciones locales.

Le Soft PGA Felt est indiqué pour une protection à court terme des tissus sous-jacents. Il peut être appliqué pour
l'hémostase seule ou en combinaison avec de la colle fibrine en cas d'hémorragies tissulaires diffuses.

Le Soft PGA Felt peut être utilisé également comme renfort de suture de matériel de suture en PGA.
Contre-indications absolues

Le Soft PGA Felt ne doit pas être exposé directement à la circulation sanguine.
®
Le Soft PGA Felt ne doit pas être utilisé chez des patients qui doivent être soumis à une chimiothérapie et/ou une
radiothérapie dans un délai de trois semaines après l'application.
®
Le Soft PGA Felt n'est pas destiné à être implanté dans les articulations, sections des articulations et dans les zones près
des articulations de la colonne vertébrale.
Contre-indications relatives
Infections ou suspicion d'infections dans le champ opératoire. Dans ce cas le chirurgien doit peser les avantages et les
risques possibles.

Le Soft PGA Felt est disponible en plusieurs dimensions. Les informations correspondantes sont fournies sur
l'emballage.

Le Soft PGA Felt est conditionné dans un sachet revêtu d'aluminium, stérile, imperméable aux gaz, pelable. Il est
entouré d'un sac pelable externe qui est stérile. Le sac pelable est protégé par un emballage en carton. Le Soft PGA
®
Felt est fabriqué à partir de PGA pur sous la forme d'un textile non tissé (felt) et satisfait à la Directive 93/42 CEE du
Conseil de l'Europe pour les dispositifs médicaux.
Stérilisation
®
Le Soft PGA Felt est stérilisé aux rayons gamma. Le contenu du sachet reste stérile tant que le sachet pelable externe
n'est pas endommagé ou ouvert et que les indications pour le stockage et la date de péremption sont respectées.
®
Mise en garde: Le Soft PGA Felt ne doit pas être restérilisé. En cas de non respect de la notice d'utilisation l'utilisateur
est le seul responsable d'éventuelles conséquences indésirables.
Stockage
®
Le Soft PGA Felt doit être stocké au sec dans l'emballage en carton frais et sec.
Il doit être protégé du rayonnement solaire direct et des variations de température importantes, telles que celles pouvant
survenir à proximité de corps chauds et d'installations de climatisation.
Date de péremption
®
La date de péremption du Soft PGA Felt se trouve sur chaque emballage.
L'utilisation au-delà de la date de péremption est interdite.

Mise en garde: Il est important de noter que le PGA peut se gonfler légèrement. Compression dans la zone de nerfs, la

Ouverture du paquet
Lors de l'utilisation le sachet pelable extérieur est ouvert et le contenu est présenté à l'utilisateur dans des conditions
aseptiques. Le sachet pelable stérile avec revêtement en aluminium est retiré et ouvert par l'utilisateur.

Implantation du Soft PGA Felt

Le Soft PGA Felt protège les tissus sous-jacents. Il peut être appliqué pour l'hémostase seule ou en combinaison avec de

la colle fibrine en cas d'hémorragies tissulaires diffuses. Au besoin le Soft PGA Felt peut également être utilisé comme
renforcement de suture en particulier pour les organes parenchymateux.
Mise en garde: Le chirurgien doit respecter les mêmes principes que pour l'application du matériel de suture en PGA. En
particulier, la perte de résistance mécanique après l'implantation doit être prise en compte. L'absorption peut être retardée
dans les tissus bradytrophiques. Dans ce cas le PGA ou les produits d'hydrolyse du PGA peuvent entraîner une réaction
contre le corps étranger avec des irritations locales.
