Aircraft type should be compliant with ICAO document 8643 available at http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/Doc8643.aspx
The model and variant of each aircraft must be declared, and compliant with the Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) relevant to the aircraft. TCDS
copies can be downloaded from http://www.easa.europa.eu/certification/type-certificates/aircraft.php.
Exact Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW):
− The MTOW shall be expressed in kilogrammes;
− In case the notified MTOW deviates from the Maximum Certified Take-off Mass in the EASA TCDS, the MTOW must be substantiated with
certified true copy of the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM) or other equivalent document;
− The CRCO reserves the right to decide whether other documents provided are equivalent to the AFM. Note: National registry entries and noise
certificates are considered as “not equivalent” to the AFM;
− Where an aircraft has multiple certificated MTOWs, the certified true copy of the AFM shall show each of these MTOWs;
− Any change in the maximum certificated take-off weight as shown in the AFM shall be notified to the CRCO, with the minimum of delay, together
with the date of change and the certified true copy of the AFM
The ICAO 24-bit aircraft address ( Mode S code) should be given in hexadecimal format for each registration.
