To support our Managing Director and Managing Director Staff Team located in Bascharage, Luxembourg we are currently looking for:
Junior Engineering Business Planner (H/F)
Poste et missions:
Perform advanced executive support to the Managing Director and his staff;
Handle complex responsibilities such as:
oDeveloping and reviewing correspondence;
oConducting research;
oPreparing presentations, Business Unit / Product Business Unit (PBU) re-porting;
oProactively managing and facilitating key events, meetings and projects among the staff members;
?Provide executive level administrative support with high degree of initiative, confidentiality and professionalism;
?Composing, edit and type presentations for internal and external customers, including engineering and sales;
?Collect and consolidate data related with engineering and sales functions;
Coordinate and manage appropriate team workflows;
Profil:
Essential requirements:
University Degree in Management;
Relevant experience supporting executives / senior staff;
Full proficiency in MS Office;
Advanced proficiency on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
Proven experience redacting reports and presentations;
Full fluency on English, both written and spoken;
