By walking
The “Maison de la Mécanique”, where is based FIM, is located in La Défense area in
Courbevoie (close to Paris).
From Paris (Express subway RER line A station “Etoile”) , take the subway line Nr 1
direction “La Défense” and get out at “Esplanade de la Défense” station. Then look at the
map called “Access map from subway station Esplanade de la Défense” supplied here
after. In front of the GAN Tower, take the direction ”Les Miroirs”, get accross the building,
use the footbridge, turn on the left and take the lift to get down in the street “Louis
Blanc” ; out of the bridge, turn on the left and walk on about 200 m: the “Maison de la
mécanique” is on the left.

From Paris – Bridge “Pont de Neuilly”, take the direction la Défense: “boulevard circulaire” and
way out No 1 to the street “Louis Blanc”
From Paris – Bridge “Pont de Neuilly”, take the direction la Défense : after the bridge, turn
right (first street) on “quai Président Paul Doumer” along Seine River ; then 2nd on left in the
street “l’Abreuvoir”; next traffic light turn left on street “Louis Blanc”
From Paris porte de Champerret - Boulevard Bineau; Courbevoie bridge; after the bridge, turn
left on street “Victor Hugo” and straight away to the street “Louis Blanc”
