no effective meaans of handling complaints wabout

Les guides d'interprtations sont trs pratiques.

Surveillance des accrditeurs.
Impossible rpondre. Pas d'exprience...
Pour moi, IAF n'a rien fait. Il publie des guides
comme le Guide ISO/CEI 66 qui permettent de ne rien
respecter du tout comme barme des dures. Il devrait
y avoir un barme minimal infranchissable en moins
et la possibilit d'ajouter du temps d'audit sur des
critres objectifs pour des raisons objectives et
bien dfinies. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. Il devrait y
avoir une obligation de contrler ce point de faon
indiscutable chez tous les certificateurs, par un
affichage de la dure d'audit adopte cot du nom du
certifi sur la liste officielle des certifis. Et
l'IAF devrait vrifer que cette liste existe bien.
Essayez d'avoir la liste des certifis par l'AFAQ ou
BVQI avec leur adresse, etc....
