Configuration Management Training and knowledge
Objectives :
Based on ISO 10007 norm, the aim of Configuration Management training is to explain the process applied to an aircraft manufacturer.From customer requirements, the courses
explain step by step the methods used to ensure product conformity in compliance with customer requirements and certification authorities requirements.The steps correspond
to the product development cycle (contract, specify, define, produce, attest, certify and deliver).Understand the concepts of industrial property and copyright, know the conditions
and formalities required for filing a patent.Knowing the practices of knowledge management in industry: knowledge engineering, acquisition and accumulation of knowledge.

summary of tools and activities within CM.1 labwork (4H) : concrete example, simulation through cycle maufacturer.1 test : questionnaire to check the understanding of the
training by the students.2h30 Lecture on industrial property, copyright and patent files.Concepts, methodologies and processes to knowledge management will be seen through
the following tools:( 7h30 Lecture and 5h tutorial)Knowledge mapping tools, content management tools, electronic document management, expertise location, System of Casebased reasoning, Expert Systems, Text and Data Mining, Intelligent Agents, Database / Datawarehouse / Datamart Networks semantic Bayesian networks, workflow systems,
E-learning Tools, Tools Push, Communities of Practice, natural language processing,indexing engines and research tools for the exchange of expertise, Groupware, E-mail
Chat, Forum, Innovation, Benchmarking, KCRM, Business Intelligence, etc..Finally, we conclude with the managerial approach to be adopted to implement a logic of knowledge
