Our restaurant cellars hold many wonderful wines from excellent vintages and our wine lists are
managed by award-winning Sommeliers and Managers. In a comprehensive review of our
pricing policy, we have reduced the prices of more than 2,000 of our finest wines across our
London restaurants. We hope that this will encourage you to try some of these fabulous wines
with your meal. We would also like to highlight a selection of wines at each restaurant that we
feel offer outstanding quality and exceptional value for money. The wines we have chosen for
the Orrery Restaurant are listed here.

“France’s best-value, most fluid wine region and certainly its most important in terms of wine
produced, and in terms of the importance of viticulture to the region’s economy. One finds a
wide range of wines influenced by Bordeaux, Spain, the Rhône and the New World.”

“Joseph Swan Vineyards is a small family owned winery located in the Russian River Valley of
California’s Sonoma County. Joe Swan, the founder, believed that small was beautiful. A small
vineyard can be tended by one person. Small crops lead to more intense, age-worthy wines. A
small winery allows one to oversee every aspect from fermentation to bottling.”

Grande Cuvée is all about consistency. It is created every year from a blend of around 100
different ‘vin clairs’ spanning up to ten vintages. The high proportion of reserve wines used in
the blend is one reason for the high costs but is also probably why there are so many fans. The
rosé is simply unbelievable! The vintages are assembled to show the characteristics of that
particular year. The single vineyard bottlings are an expression of one varietal, a singlevineyard and a vintage.
