¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
La Plataforma del Voluntariat de la Comunitat Valenciana
(P.V.C.V.) es una red de entidades sin ánimo de lucro unidas
por el nexo común del voluntariado, con la idea de
promocionar y difundir la Acción Voluntaria en la sociedad.
ABOUT THE P.V.C.V.
The Plataforma del Voluntariat de la Comunitat Valenciana
(P.V.C.V.) is a network composed of non-profit organisations,
all of whom have voluntary workers and whose aim is to
spread and promote Voluntary Action within the society.
QUI SOMMES NOUS?
La Plataforma del Voluntariat de la Comunitat Valenciana
(P.V.C.V.) est un réseau d’organisations à but non lucratif liées
par le volontariat, avec l’objectif de promouvoir et diffuser
l’action volontaire dans la société.
La P.V.C.V. fue creada en 1989 por 10 entidades y está inscrita
en el Registro de Asociaciones de la Comunidad Valenciana.
A lo largo de los años ha ido aumentando su representatividad
social, con más de 200 entidades representadas a principios
de 2010. Nuestros objetivos son los siguientes:
- Promocionar y concienciar el voluntariado en la sociedad, así
como sensibilizar a ésta del significado, compromiso y objetivos
de su aportación.
- Intercambiar experiencias de trabajo y facilitar mecanismos
de colaboración entre sus miembros, así como con los demás
actores sociales que intervienen.
- Estudiar la realidad jurídica existente y participar de modo
permanente en la elaboración de propuestas sobre políticas
de voluntariado, buscando mecanismos de articulación
con la Administración.
- Actuar como portavoz de sus miembros ante foros nacionales
e internacionales y defender los intereses y la independencia
del voluntariado organizado frente a los demás actores públicos
o privados.
-Realizar actividades conjuntas con sus asociados, así como
plantear ámbitos de acción común con otras plataformas de
acción y sensibilización social.
-Promover la formación del voluntariado como instrumento del
cambio social, en beneficio de los colectivos más desfavorecidos.
-Actuar como Lobby para que ninguna causa social sea olvidada.
These are our main objectives:
-To promote and to make society aware of voluntary workers,
as well as to raise awareness about its meaning, commitment
and aims of its contribution.
-To exchange work experience and to facilitate collaboration
between members, and also other social organisations involved
in the same field.
-To study legal situation and to develop proposals for new volunteer policies.
-To be a representative voice of our members in national and
international forums and to defend volunteers interests and
independence before of the rest of public or private organisations.
Nos principaux objectifs sont:
-Promouvoir et faire prendre conscience à la société du volontariat, ainsi que de la signification, l’engagement et les objectifs
de sa contribution.
-Échanger des expériences de travail et faciliter des mécanismes
de collaboration entre ses membres, ainsi que avec le reste des
acteurs sociaux qui y participent.
-Étudier la réalité juridique et développer des propositions de
nouvelles politiques concernant le volontaire.
-Être la voix de nos membres aux forums nationaux et internationaux et défendre les intérêts et l’indépendance du volontariat
face au reste des acteurs publics ou privés.
En 2008 elaboramos un nuevo Plan Estratégico donde
manifestamos los aspectos que a continuación reseñamos:
MISIÓN
La P.V.C.V., quiere ser el espacio de significación y legitimación
de las entidades, asociaciones y fundaciones que actúan con el
voluntariado, profundizando en su ampliación cuantitativa
y cualitativa.
VISIÓN
La imagen que quiere conseguir la P.V.C.V., es el resultado
de la consecución de:
-La promoción del Código Ético del Voluntariado de España,
como modelo de conducta para todos los actores implicados en
el ámbito del voluntariado en la Comunidad Valenciana.
-Fomentar la articulación del espacio común asociativo y la promoción de los valores del movimiento de voluntariado.
-La defensa y promoción de la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos y demás Declaraciones y/o Convenciones relativas a los derechos de colectivos específicos.
-El consenso como referencia en la toma de decisiones.
-La coordinación con los demás sectores del voluntariado.
-La colaboración con los demás actores públicos y privados en
defensa de los derechos de los desfavorecidos.
These are our main objectives:
-To organize activities with its members and to develop
strategies together with other platforms.
-To promote training of volunteers as an instrument for social
change, in the interests of underprivileged groups.
In 2008 we made our Strategic Plan in which we expressed our
mission, vision and values:
MISSION: The P.V.C.V. wants to be a spot f or meanfulness and
legitimisation of organisations, associations and foundations who
work with volunteers, in order to reinforce it in quantitative and
qualitative terms.
VISION: The image the P.V.C.V. wants to achieve would be the
result of fulfilling the following aims:
1.Promoting the Spanish Ethical Codefor Volunteers and a model of conduct for all entities involved in volunteer work in the
Valencian Community.
2.Encouraging cooperation betweenorganisations and promoting the values of volunteers.
3.Defending and promoting theUniversal Declaration of Human
Rights and other declarations concerning specific groups.
4.Making decisions by generalconsensus.
5.Coordination with other voluntaryorganisations
6.Cooperation with public and privatesectors in defence of the
rights of the underprivileged
Nos principaux objectifs sont:
-Réaliser des activités avec nos associés et développer des
stratégies avec des autres plate-formes.
-Promouvoir la formation du volontariat comme instrument
pour le changement social, au profit des collectifs défavorisés.
En 2008 nous avons élaboré notre Plan Stratégique dans lequel
on a défini notre mission, vision et valeurs :
MISSION: La P.V.C.V. veut être un espace pour la signification
et la legitimation des organisations, associations et fondationes
qui travaillent avec volontee, pour le renforcer de quantitative
et qualitativement.
VISION: L’image que la P.V.C.V. veut obtenir est conséquence
de la réussite de:
1.Promouvoir le Code Éthique duVolontaria espagnol, comme
model de conduite pour tous les acteurs impliqués dans
le volontariat de la Comunitat Valenciana.
2.Encourager la coopération entre lesorganisations et
promouvoir les valeurs du volontariat.
3.Défendre et promouvoir DéclarationUniverselle des Droits
de l’Homme et des autres déclarations concernant les droits
de collectifs specifiques.
4.Prendre des décisions par consensus.
5.Coordination avec le reste dessecteurs du volontariat.
6.Coopération avec des acteurs publicset privés pour défendre
les droits des défavorisés.
VALORES
La base, en la que se fundamentan todas las decisiones clave
de la P.V.C.V., es la de favorecer la inclusión de los colectivos
de personas y grupos más vulnerables a través de las Entidades
(Asociaciones y Fundaciones) a las que representamos.
La P.V.C.V. trabaja por sensibilizar e informar a la sociedad
sobre las causas que generan exclusión, para que éstas
no se reproduzcan sin fin.

The basis of all P.V.C.V. decisions is to favour the inclusion
of vulnerable people and groups through the organisations
we represent.

¿CON QUIÉN ESTAMOS?
En la P.V.C.V. creemos en la importancia de trabajo en red. Por
ello, tra-bajamos conjuntamente con otras entidades e instituciones, aunando esfuerzos en la defensa de los intereses de los
voluntarios y las asocia-ciones. Actualmente, la P.V.C.V. pertenece
a las siguientes redes u organismos:
-Plataforma de Voluntariado de España, como miembros de la
Junta Directiva.
-Consejo de Voluntariado de la Comunidad Valenciana,
ocupamos la Vicepresidencia.
-MicroOngs, Xarxa de Xarxes, trabajando en la unificación del
Tercer sector en sintonía con la unidad del territorio.
- Taula d’Entitats d’Acció Social de la Comunitat Valenciana
-Proyecto FIARE “Xarxa Valenciana”, proyecto de Banca Ética
del que somos socios fundadores
-CEV (Centro Europeo de Voluntariado)
-Agrupació d’Entitats Socials de la C.V.
WHO ARE WE WITH?
The P.V.C.V. believes in the importance of networking. That is the
reason why we work together with other institutions, joining
forces to defend the interests of volunteers and their organisations The P.V.C.V. belongs to the following networks:
-Plataforma de Voluntariado de España, as a Board of Directors
member.
-Council of Volunteer workers of the Comunitat Valenciana,
we hold the Vice-presidency.
-MicroNGOs, Xarxa de Xarxes, in which we are employed at
the unification of the third sector in agreement with the unit
of the territory.
-FIARE “Xarxa Valenciana”, we are founder member of this
Ethical Bank project.
-CEV (The European Volunteer Centre)
-Agrupació d’Entitats Socials de la C.V.
NOUS SOMMES AVEC…
La P.V.C.V. croit en l’importance du travail en réseau. C’est à
cause de ça qu’elle travaille avec des autres organisations, en conjuguant les efforts pour la défense des intérêts des volontaires et
des organisations.
La P.V.C.V. appartienne aux réseaux suivants:
-La Plataforma de Voluntariado de España, dans le Comité Directeur
-Conseil du Volontariat de la Comunitat Valenciana, nous sommes
les Vice-présidents
-MicroNGOs, Xarxa de Xarxes. L´organisation est implique avec
la majoriteé des reseaux et avec lequelles on travaille pour
l´unification du troisième sectteur soit dans le sectoriel comme
dans le territoriel.
-Taula d’Entitats d’Acció Social de la Comunitat Valenciana.
-Fiare “Xarxa Valenciana”, projet de Banque Éthique duquel nous
sommes membres fondateurs.
-CEV (Centre Européen du Volontariat)
-Agrupació d’Entitats Socials de la C.V.
¿QUÉ HACEMOS?
Además de ser un grupo de representación, reflexión y debate
sobre todos los temas de voluntariado, la acción de la P.V.C.V.
se orienta hacia servicios avanzados para sus entidades miembro
y otras entidades relacionadas.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Apart from being a group which represents, analyses and debates
all aspects of volunteer workers, the P.V.C.V. directs its action
towards advanced services for its members and other related
organisations.
QU’EST-CE QU’ON FAIT?
En plus d’être un groupe de représentation, réflexion et débat
sur tous les aspects du volontariat, la P.V.C.V. dirige son action
vers des services avancés pour ses membres et des autres
organisations.
-Adecuación a la Ley de Protección de datos de entidades,
y realización de auditorías sobre su cumplimiento.
-Seguridad informática. Ayuda a entidades para compra
de productos informáticos.
-Edición de un Referencial de Calidad para ONGs con voluntarios y realización de auditorías de entidades para certificación
del trabajo con calidad en el voluntariado.
-Apoyo en la elaboración de Planes Estratégicos para entidades
-Apoyo en la elaboración de Planes de Voluntariado
para entidades.
-Apoyo en la elaboración de Planes de Comunicación interna
y externa para entidades.
-Una de nuestras principales actividades es estar en la calle,
dando prioridad a la Responsabilidad Social. Creemos en la
economía social
Sesiones de Formación avanzada en diferentes municipios de la
Comunidad Valenciana, para miembros de la P.V.C.V. y para otras
entidades, en las siguientes temáticas:
- Realización de Proyectos: Planificación y Ejecución
- Subvenciones: Solicitud y Justificación
- Estrategias de captación de fondos
- Motivación para la integración y participación
- Técnicas de trabajo en equipo
- Técnicas de Comunicación Activa
- Convivencia e integración Social.
La P.V.C.V. ha participado en estos proyectos, elaborando sus
propios planes de comunicación y voluntariado, implementando la Ley de Pro-tección de Datos, preparándose para obtener
la certificación en calidad y elaborando sus planes de Gestión,
comunicación y voluntariado.
-Adaptation of the Data Protection Law for Associations
-Computer Security, assisting organisations to buy security
products.
-Printing of a Quality Control manual for ONG’S, auditing
Organisations so that they could obtain a certificate of quality
work with their volunteer workers.
-Support in the development of Strategic Plans for organisations.
-Support in the development of Internal and External
Communication Plans for organisations.
-Elaboration of our Communication Plan, plan for volunteers,
Personal Data Protection for our organisation and manuals for
every organisation to make it themselves.
-Specialised training sessions.
One of our principal activities is to be in contact with the
people, we give priority to the Social Responsibility, we believe
in the social economy
-Adaptation à la Loi de Protection des Données de associations
-Sécurité Informatique. On a aidé les organisations à acheter
produits pour assurer la sécurité informatique.
-Édition d’un « Référentiel Qualité pour ONGs avec des
volontaires ». Audit de organisations pour obtenir une
certification de qualité par rapport au volontariat.
-Soutien au développement de Plans Stratégiques
pour organisations.
-Soutien au développement de Plans de Communication, Plans
de Volontariat et adaptation à la Loi de Protection des Données
pour notre organisation et édition de manuels pour que les
associations puissent le faire elles-mêmes.
-Sessions de formationspécialisée
Nous sommes en contacte avec les ONGs et avec les volontaries, et l´orientation actuellle est travailler sur l´economie sociale et sur la responsabilité sociales des entreprises
¿QUIÉN NOS FINANCIA?
La P.V.C.V. cuenta con diferentes fuentes de financiación:
-Cuotas de las entidades miembros.
-Contratos menores con la Conselleria de Solidaridad y Ciudadanía
-Convenios con otros organismos: Obra Social La Caixa.
-Subvención a cargo del I.R.P.F. a través de la Plataforma
de Voluntariado de España.

Un Consejo Asesor forma parte de la Junta Directiva, asesorando
puntualmente sobre temáticas en las que tenemos mucha diversidad
de opiniones y nos orienta en aspectos muy concretos.
Our advisory board forms a part of the steering committee, it advises us punctually on subject matters in which we have diversity of
opinions and orientates us in very specific questions.
On préte attention au travail consensue puisqu´il existe diversié
d´opinion . Por celà c´est très importanta les réunions de le Comité
de Direction, et des comités de travail.
