L’aigle s’installe.
Chef canadien de grand talent, Michel Brousseau dirigera
l’Orchestre philharmonique du Nouveau Monde les 5 et 6
juin prochains pour présenter, à Sainte-Thérèse et
Montréal, (Québec, Canada) la 9e Symphonie et la
Fantaisie Chorale de Beethoven avec le Chœur
philharmonique du Nouveau Monde, les Chanteurs de
Sainte-Thérèse et les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal.
Cette production mettra en vedette la soprano MarieFrance Duclos, la mezzo Claudine Ledoux, le ténor
Frédéric Antoun, le baryton Marc Boucher ainsi que le
pianiste Gianfranco Pappalardo-Fiumara qui viendra
spécialement d’Italie pour prendre part à ce concert.
Le talent incontestable de Michel Brousseau est déjà
reconnu au sein du milieu culturel et artistique, et ce,
autant sur la scène locale qu’internationale (Italie,
Roumanie, République Tchèque. Il se rendra en Italie en
août 2004 en tant que chef invité pour y diriger la Traviata
à la barre de l’Orchestra Sinfonica Italia Vincenzo Bellini
di Catania dans le cadre du festival Atelier internazionale
della Musica.
The eagle gets ready.
Renowned Canadian conductor Michel Brousseau will
perform Beethoven’s 9th Symphony and Fantaisie Chorale
with the New World Philharmonic Orchestra on June 5 and
6, 2004, in Sainte-Therese and Montreal (Quebec,
Canada). The New World Philharmonic Choir, the
Chanteurs de Sainte-Therese and the Petits Chanteurs du
Mont-Royal will lend their voices to the event, which will
star soprano Marie-France Duclos, mezzo Claudine
Ledoux, tenor Frederic Antoun and baritone Marc
Boucher. Our special guest from Italy, Gianfranco
Pappalardo-Fiumara, will be at the piano.
Michel Brousseau’s undeniable talent is already
recognised in the cultural and artistic world, on both local
and international scenes (Italy, Romania, Czech Republic,
United States). In fact, this coming August 2004, he will
perform the opera “La Traviata” in Italy, as Guest
Conductor for the Orchestra Sinfonica Italia Vincenzo
Bellini di Catania during the Atelier internazionale della
Musica Festival.
