COMMUNICATION No. 1
1. Introduction
The Portuguese Skating Federation, in co-operation with the Municipality of Grândola, the Skating
Association of Setúbal and Hóquei Clube Patinagem de Grândola, are ensuring the organisation of
the Cadet and Youth European Artistic Roller Skating Championships.
It’s a privilege for the Portuguese Skating Federation to accept such a distinction from CEPA –
Comité Européen de Patinage Artistique, to organise such an important event. Together with the
regional bodies, we will do the utmost to deserve that trust with a view to ensure full success from all
points of view, social and organisational as well as sports.
2. Rules and regulations
The Cadet and Youth European Artistic Roller Skating Championships will be held according to the
international rules and regulations established by the competent official bodies.
The Schedule of the competition will be communicated in due time by CEPA – Comité Européen de
Patinage Artistique.
3. Place and date
The Cadet and Youth European Artistic Roller Skating Championships will be held at the Municipal
Sports Complex José Afonso, in Grândola, between 17 and 22 September 2012.

chosen hotel to organizers so we can establish transports more efficiently.

8. Food
All of the above Hotel’s have restaurant’s where the Teams can have their Meals (Buffet).
The price is 20,00 Euros per person, per meal, excluding drinks.
Every member of each Delegation that whishes to have their Meals at the Hotel’s
Restaurant’s will have a 10% discount in the food and also in the waters. To have the
discount, it’s mandatory to present the ACCREDITATION CARD from the Championship.
Nevertheless, we inform that nearby the Sport’s Hall are many Restaurants with late
closing time.
We also inform that close to all Hotels is a super market.
