C’est le site de Sénart qui a
été retenu pour accueillir une
gare d’interconnexion sud des
lignes TGV, connectée au réseau
du Grand Paris Express et située à
10 mn d’Orly. Ce choix marque une
véritable reconnaissance de la ville
nouvelle par Réseau Ferré de France
(RFF) et par les grands acteurs
régionaux et nationaux. RFF précisera
les suites du projet courant 2013, pour
une mise en service en 2022/2025.

En cohérence avec son essor
économique, la ville nouvelle mène une
politique volontariste pour offrir aux
Franciliens des logements de qualité
et énergétiquement performants dans
des quartiers bien desservis par les
transports en commun. Ainsi, d’ici
2015, 15 000 logements répondant
aux exigences du développement
durable devraient être construits.
La Clé de Saint Pierre à Saint-Pierre-du-Perray (91), desservie par le T Zen, est emblématique de l’évolution
des formes urbaines des nouveaux quartiers de Sénart.

STATION, A GROWTH DRIVER
The Sénart site has been chosen as
the location for the TGV southern
interconnection station, which will feature
an interchange with the Grand Paris
Express network and is located just
10 minutes from Orly airport. This choice
is a signal of the new town’s recognition
by Réseau Ferré de France (RFF) and by
major regional and national players. RFF
will outline the next steps of the project in
2013, with the station scheduled to come
into service in 2022/2025.

In order to support its economic growth,
the new town is taking the initiative to
offer residents of the Île-de-France region
the opportunity to move into high-quality,

to construct a total of 15,000 housing units
built to strict sustainable development
standards in the town by 2015.

LE CONTRAT DE DéVELOPPEMENT TERRITORIAL
SÉNART AUJOURD’HUI
Prenant en compte le caractère stratégique du territoire et le projet
d’implantation d’une gare TGV sur le site de la gare RER de Lieusaint-Moissy,
l’État a proposé que la ville nouvelle s’inscrive dans la dynamique du
Grand Paris, grâce à l’élaboration et la signature d’un contrat de développement
territorial. Ce contrat souligne la nécessité d’amplifier le développement
économique de la ville nouvelle en s’appuyant aussi bien sur un pôle reconnu,
celui de l’innovation logistique, que sur un secteur émergent, celui des
éco-activités.

THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
In light of the area’s strategic importance and the construction of a TGV station at
the Lieusaint-Moissy RER station site, the government decided that the new town
should form part of the Grand Paris project through the development and signature
of a Regional Development Contract. This contract highlights the need to accelerate
the new town’s economic development, both in a sector in which it has recognized
expertise (innovation in logistics) and in a rapidly emerging sector (eco-business).

Parc de Sénart-A5 has links to the motorway
(A5a and A5b branches) and rail connections.
It covers 200 hectares, divisible into plots
of 10 to 55 hectares. It will generate a total
of 2,600 jobs and will feature total building
development covering 550,000 m2 of floor
space. It will strengthen Sénart’s position as
the Île-de-France region’s leading logistics
cluster.
L’ICAM (École d’ingénieurs) accueillera à terme sur son campus 1000 étudiants,
une résidence de 312 lits répartis sur 4 immeubles, 4 400 m2 de bureaux
et un pôle d’enseignement secondaire, intégrant des classes préparatoires.

URBAN CENTRE
Carré Sénart lies at the very heart of
this new town and features a range of
facilities for its 3,000 employees, including
shops, hotels, restaurants, meeting rooms
and administrative services. A number
of new facilities are also in the pipeline,
including culture and leisure facilities,
secondary and higher education institutions
and, further down the line, housing. The
service-sector and commercial clusters are
also undergoing a new development phase.

Au cœur de la ville nouvelle, le centre
urbain que constitue le Carré Sénart
propose aux 3 000 salariés de nombreux
équipements : commerces, hôtels,
restaurants, salles de séminaires,

L’Écopole de Sénart s’étend sur 3 communes : Lieusaint, Moissy-Cramayel et Combs-la-Ville.
L’ÉCOPÔLE DE SÉNART
Site pilote de la région Île-de-France, l’écopôle de Sénart est un parc
d’activités nouvelle génération, proposant 74 ha cessibles sur un ensemble
de 180 ha, directement desservi par la N 104 ; il accueille prioritairement
des éco-activités. Une unité de méthanisation, une pépinière et une résidence
d’entreprises y sont en cours de réalisation.
ÉCOPÔLE DE SÉNART
Écopôle de Sénart is a pilot site in the Île-de-France region. It is a next-generation
business park with 74 hectares of saleable land and covering a total of 180 hectares,
with direct links to the N104. The park is primarily intended for eco-businesses.
A number of premises and facilities are already under construction, including an
anaerobic digestion plant, an incubator and a business accommodation facility.
