General Manager (Paris)
Role: General Manager

The Role
Multibox Self Stockage (Flexi Stockage) is seeking to recruit an experienced General Manager to run
their French operation. The role will encompass four locations, all in Paris, and manage a Site
Manager and additional Sales Staff at each location. Having the drive to succeed and energy to drive
a multisite operation is essential.
Position Requirements:
 Experience in managing developing and mentoring sales teams.
 A proven ability to lead teams and maximise their effectiveness through coaching, training,
development and inspiration.
 The ideal candidate will have previous sales and business development experience; have
managed relationships with B2B, large commercial and residential customers and come from
a logistics, hotel or similar business environment.
 The candidate must have an appropriate qualification in sales /marketing or business
development.
 Basic understanding of French business regulations and codes would be advantageous
 Fluent French and Native English, written and oral is required
Expected qualities:
 A passion for winning and achieving objectives,
 Ability to overcome obstacles and motivate people
 Enthusiastic self-starter
Remuneration:
This is a full time permanent position. A competitive remuneration package commensurate with
experience and qualification level will be offered to the successful candidate.
