Créée sur l'initiative de la Ville de Bruxelles, du CPAS de Bruxelles et du Ministère de la Région de
Bruxelles-Capitale, l'ASBL voit son acte de constitution établi et signé le 28 février 1993
Depuis 1993, GIAL fournit des services informatiques aux administrations. Fort de son expérience avec la Ville
de Bruxelles, GIAL a étendu son offre aux services publics communaux, provinciaux, régionaux,
communautaires ainsi qu'aux ASBL paracommunales.
GIAL levert sinds 1993 informaticadiensten aan administraties. Door zijn ervaring met de Stad Brussel heeft
GIAL zijn aanbod uitgebreid naar de openbare diensten van gemeenten, provincies, gewesten,
