CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE / GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
COMMENT RESERVER : Remplir la demande de réservation ci-jointe et la retourner par courrier, fax ou e-mail, ou directement à partir de notre site, accompagné d’un
acompte de 30% du séjour, réglable par chèque ou carte bancaire.
PAIEMENT DU SEJOUR : A réception de votre réservation et de votre acompte, nous vous adresserons, en fonction des places disponibles, une confirmation de réservation.
Le solde est à régler dans les conditions suivantes : Camping-caravaning et location : 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée. ATTENTION : Passé ce délai, si nous n’avons pas reçu
votre règlement, nous considérerons votre réservation comme annulée et les conditions d’annulation ci-après seront appliquées.
ANNULATION :
Camping-caravaning : L’acompte sera conservé.
Location : Plus de 60 jours avant votre date d’arrivée, l’acompte sera retenu. Entre le 60ème et 1er jour, l’acompte et le montant total du séjour seront dus.
ASSURANCE ANNULATION : Elle est facultative, mais fortement conseillée.
TAXE DE SEJOUR : Elle est de 0,40 € par jour et par personne à partir de 13 ans payable à la réservation.
ARRIVEE RETARDEE – DEPART ANTICIPE : En l’absence d’un courrier ou d’un fax du campeur précisant qu’il a du différer ou annuler son arrivée, la location devient
disponible 24h00 après la date d’arrivée prévue. L’acompte et le montant du séjour versés resteront acquis au camping.
Aucune réduction ne sera consentie en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ anticipé.
CAUTION : 2 cautions : 450 € + 80 €
Location : Une caution de 450 € sera demandée pour chaque location en début de séjour (400 € pour les dégradations éventuelles de la
location + 50 € pour le badge d’accès des barrières), une deuxième caution de 80 € pour le ménage est demandée également à l’arrivée,
ces cautions seront rendues au client lors de son départ après inventaire de la location et restitution du badge. La location doit être
rendue en l’état de propreté identique à celui trouvé à l’arrivée. Dans le cas contraire, la caution de 80€ pour le ménage sera retenue.
Le réfrigérateur doit être dégivré impérativement avant le départ, sinon, un forfait dégivrage vous sera facturé au tarif de 20 €.
Nota : La caution ne constitue pas une limite de responsabilité du locataire. Toute personne est tenue de se conformer au règlement intérieur du camping affiché à l’entrée, ,
l’assurance responsabilité civile est obilgatoire pour l’ensemble des locataires.
Animaux : Ils ne doivent jamais être laissés en liberté, ni être laissés dans le camp, même enfermés en l’absence de leurs maîtres, qui en sont civilement responsables. Tout
animal devra être vacciné contre la rage, le carnet de vaccination à jour devra être présenté à l’arrivée. Les chiens de 1ère et 2ème catégories sont interdits.
HOW TO BOOK: Fill out the attached booking request and send it back by post, fax or e-mail, or directly book online, adding a down payment of 30% of the total amount of
the stay, to be paid by French bank cheque or credit card.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY: Upon receipt of your booking form and down payment, we will send you, according to the available pitches, a booking confirmation. The balance
needs to be paid as follows: For camping pitches and rental accommodations: 30 days prior to the arrival.
PLEASE NOTE : After this delay, failing receipt of your payment, we will consider your booking as being cancelled and the following cancellation conditions will be applicable.
CANCELLATION:
Camping pitches: The down payment will be kept by the campsite.
Rental accommodations: Over 60 days prior to your arrival, the down payment will be kept by the campsite. Between the 60th and the 1st day, the down payment and the
balance of the stay will need to be paid.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: This is optional, but highly recommended.
TOURIST TAX : 0,40€ per day and per person of 13 years and older, to be paid upon booking.
LATE ARRIVALS - EARLY DEPARTURES:
Failing receipt of a letter or fax from the camper, indicating a change or a cancellation of arrival, the rented pitch or accommodation will become available to rent 24hrs after
the planned arrival date. The down payment and the balance of the stay will be kept by the campsite.
No reductions will be allocated in case of late arrivals or early departures.
WARRANTY DEPOSIT: 2 deposits : 450 € + 80 €
Rental accommodation: Upon arrival, a warranty deposit of 450 € will be asked for each rental accommodation (400€ for the possible
damage to the accommodation + 50 € for the access badge for the barriers), a second deposit of 80 € will be asked for the cleaning,
this warranty deposit will be given back to the customer when he leaves the campsite, after a final check-up of the rental accommodation
and the return of the badge. The rental accommodation must be left in the same state of cleanliness as it was found upon arrival.
Failing this, a fixed rate of 80€ for cleaning will be asked. The fridge must be defrosted prior to departure. If not, a defrost rate of
20€ will be invoiced to the customer.
Note: The warranty deposit does not imply a limit to the tenant’s responsibility. Tenants and accompanying holidaymakers are held to respect the interior rules indicated at
the campsite entrance. A civil liability insurance is compulsory for all tenants and accompanying holidaymakers.
Pets: Pets can never be left in liberty or left alone on the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their owner, who is legally responsible for it. All pets need to be vaccinated
against rabies; an up to date vaccination booklet must be presented upon arrival. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited.
