EN: To proceed to the hotel reservation, participants are kindly requested to make reference to the two attached
forms. The first form includes a promo offer valid until May 15th. The second form will be used in case of bookings
made after this date and shows little higher booking rates. Please be informed that, from the Hotel Electra Palace, a
shuttle bus service is kindly offered and organized by the hosting institution to reach the venue of the meeting from
the Hotel Electra Palace and back. The travel by shuttle bus will be of around 25/30 minutes.

FR: Pour la réservation d’hôtel, les participants sont priés de bien vouloir utiliser les deux formulaires de l’Hotel cijoints. Le premier formulaire propose une offre valable pour réservations effectuées jusqu’au 15 mai. Pour des
réservations effectuées après cette date, les participants seront demandés de bien vouloir utiliser le deuxième
formulaire, qui propose des tarifs légèrement plus élevées. De plus, de l’Hotel Electra Palace, un service de navette
sera mis à disposition des participants et sera gentiment offert par l’institution d’accueil. Le service garantira le
transport des participants de l’Hotel Electra Palace au lieu de la conférence et le retour. Le voyage en navette aura une
durée d’environ 25/30 minutes.

Both lunches will be organized at the National School,
their cost will be around 35€, which includes also the
cost of the coffee breaks. This amount will be deducted
by the daily allowance of each participant. /Les deux
déjeuners seront organisés à l’Ecole nationale et leur
cout sera d’environ 35€, prix qui comprend également
le cout des pauses café.
On 30th June 2015 the celebrations of the 20th
Anniversary of the Greek National School will be
organized and all the participants are invited to attend
a cocktail reception kindly offered by the National

fêtera son vingtième anniversaire et le pays d’accueil
organisera une soirée pour célébrer cette occasion. Les
participants à la Conférence seront invités à participer
au cocktail dinatoire qui sera offert par l’école nationale
grecque.
