Proposition de céder le puits municipal au propriétaire adjacent, Aurèle Fleury, pour un dollar tel que prévu dans
l’entente originale avec Mme Cruikshank et de demander au notaire Marquis de préparer les documents/Motion to
cede the municipal well at Brennan’s Hill to the adjacent property owner, Aurèle Fleury, for one dollar as specified
in the original agreement with Mrs. Cruikshank and that the Notary Marquis prepare the necessary paperwork.

Proposition d’octroyer les contrats pour changer les luminaires à haute pression de sodium pour des DEL à
Richard St-Jacques ($8 300 plus taxes) pour effectuer les travaux et à Lumen ($16 393,95 plus taxes) pour la
fourniture de DEL pour un total de $28 277,58 taxes incluses/ Motion to tender the contracts to change the high
pressure sodium lights for LED lights to Richard St-Jacques ($8300 plus taxes) to change the lights and to Lumen
($16,393.95 plus taxes) to provide the lights for a total cost of $28,277.58.
