First Protected Positions Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereby referred to as “the Terms”) govern all actions in
respect of the First Protected Positions tool (hereby referred to as “FPP”), whereby eligible clients
of Depaho Ltd operating under the brand name of FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (hereby referred to as
“the Company”) will be granted with full protection of their first positions as per the below Terms.
2. The Company is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under the licence no. 161/11.
3. The FPP is provided to all clients of the Company as a tool of allowing clients to assess the product
and the risk involved while trading CFDs in a live trading environment.
4. Once a trading account is verified and approved, a specific number of the client’s first positions
will be protected, depending each time on the initial deposit amount, as per clause 14 below.
5. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or restrict any of the FPP at any time without notice.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend any of the present Terms or the whole of the FPP at
any time after notifying its clients by posting the modified Terms on the FXGM website. Upon
such case and in case you do not wish to continue using the FPP, you may contact customer
support in order to request it to be removed.
7. It is recommended that you always read the relevant Terms and Conditions before you accept to
receive a trading benefit from the Company.
Conditions of Eligibility
8. This FPP tool is valid from 6th of February, 2017 to 31st of December, 2017.
9. The FPP is available to clients who:
a. are opening a new trading account with the Company;
b. will be accepted and approved by the Compliance Department of the Company as a client;
c. do not already have an existing trading account with the Company; and
d. are eligible to become a client of the Company.
10. The FPP is valid for a lump sum deposit of USD$/€200.00 (US Dollar/Euro two hundred) or more.
11. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted, neither will
applications made in breach or non-compliance with the rules and regulations governing
Investment Firms.

12. Only the first positions will be protected as per the FPP Terms.
13. Clients using MetaTrader (MT4) platform will not be eligible for the FPP.
The FPP
14. The Company will grand to the clients that meet the criteria of these Terms with the following
number of protected positions, according to the amount of the initial deposit that the client
funded to his trading account as per the table below:

15. Any funds lost from the first protected positions will be credited back to the trading account. In
the event that the losses of the first protected positions exceed the total of Initial Deposit Amount,
the Company will credit back to the client’s trading account only the total of the Initial Deposit
Amount.
16. Any funds earned from the first protected positions belong to the client.
17. The minimum position value is 3,500 base currency units and the maximum position value is
10,000 (ten thousand) base currency units, or equivalent to an exposure of up to US$10,000 (US
Dollar ten thousand) in case of CFDs.
18. In the event of an exposure larger than the one stated in clause 17 above, the Company reserves
the right to revise the position amount set in clause 17 above.
19. The symbols available for the FPP are limited and are available for each client to view on the
Platform.
20. The first protected positions must be closed at the start of the third (3) day with a maximum
duration of seventy two (72) hours from the time of request. In the event of failing to do so, the
relevant position(s) will be automatically closed by the system in the market prices.
Withdrawal
21. Any lost funds resulting from the FPP, are credited back into the trading account and may be
withdrawn by the client.
22. Withdrawal of any amount is contingent upon closure of all first protected positions.

General Conditions
23. The Company reserves the right not to offer the FPP on CFDs for transmission via the Brokerage
Department or via the mobile application.
24. Any misuse of the FPP, such as any form of Hedging, the Company reserves the right to revoke the
related tool and/or terminate the trading account of the client without any further notice.
25. All the Terms of this FPP are essential and binding.
26. All Terms of this present FPP shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of
Cyprus.
27. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present FPP shall be exclusively settled by the
Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Introduzione
1. I presenti Termini e Condizioni (qui indicati come "le Condizioni") disciplinano tutte le azioni
riguardanti lo strumento delle Prime Posizioni Protette (qui indicate come "FPP"), delle quali
possono beneficiare i clienti idonei di Depaho Ltd che opera sotto il marchio di FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (qui indicata come "la Compagnia") sarà garantita la piena protezione delle
prime operazioni così come indicato nelle Condizioni sottostanti.
2. La Compagnia è una società di investimento regolamentata, registrata presso la CySEC (CySEC)
(www.cysec.gov.cy), con licenza n. 161/11.
3. Le FPP vengono fornite a tutti i clienti della Compagnia come strumento per consentire loro di
valutare il prodotto e i rischi connessi alla negoziazione di CFD a delle reali condizioni di trading.
4. Nel momento in cui un conto di trading viene controllato ed approvato, un numero predefinito di
prime posizioni del cliente verrà protetto, a seconda dell’ammontare del deposito iniziale, come
indicato nella clausola 14 sottostante.
5. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di ritirare o limitare ogni tipo di FPP in qualsiasi momento senza
preavviso.
6. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di modificare ognuna delle Condizioni presenti o l’intero
pacchetto delle FPP in ogni momento dopo aver informato i clienti, pubblicando le modifiche alle
Condizioni sul sito di FXGM. In tal caso e nel caso in cui non accetti di continuare ad utilizzare le
FPP, può contattare il Servizio Clienti per richiedere che vengano rimosse.
7. È importante leggere sempre i Termini e le Condizioni prima di accettare di ricevere un benefit di
trading da parte della Compagnia.
Condizioni di idoneità
8. Questo strumento FPP è valido dal 6 febbraio 2017 al 31 dicembre 2017.
9. Le FPP sono disponibili per clienti che:
e. stanno aprendo un nuovo conto di trading con la Compagnia;
f.
saranno Clienti accettati e approvati dal Dipartimento di Conformità della Compagnia;
g. non hanno già attivato un conto di trading con la Compagnia;
h. hanno i requisiti per diventare clienti della Compagnia.
10. Le FPP sono valide per un deposito pari alla somma forfettaria di USD $ / € 200.00 (US Dollar /
Euro duecento) o più.

11. Sottoscrizioni fraudolente, multiple o non correttamente compilate non verranno accettate, così
come le sottoscrizioni effettuate in violazione o mancato rispetto delle normative in materia di
imprese di investimento.
12. Solo le prime cinque posizioni saranno protette come previsto dalle Condizioni delle FPP.
13. I clienti che utilizzano la piattaforma MetaTrader (MT4) non potranno usufruire delle FPP.
Le FPP
14. La Compagnia garantirà a tutti i clienti che rispondono ai criteri previsti dalle Condizioni, il
seguente numero di posizioni protette, a seconda dell’ammontare del deposito iniziale che il
cliente ha effettuato per alimentare il proprio conto di trading, come indicato nella tabella
seguente:

15. Tutti i fondi persi nel corso delle prime posizioni prottette verranno riaccreditati sul conto di
trading. Nel caso in cui nel corso delle posizioni protette le perdite superino il valore totale del
deposito iniziale, la Compagnia rimborserà al cliente solo il valore totale del deposito iniziale.
16. Tutti i fondi ottenuti nel corso delle prime posizioni protette appartengono al cliente.
17. Il valore minimo di una posizione è di 3.500 unità in valuta base e il valore massimo di una
posizione è di 10.000 (diecimila) unità in valuta base, o equivalente ad un'esposizione di un
massimo di US $ 10.000 (US Dollar diecimila) nel caso di materie prime o CFD.
18. In caso di un'esposizione più grande di quella indicata al precedente punto 17, la Società si riserva
il diritto di correggere l’ammontare della posizione come illustrato al precedente punto 17.
19. I simboli disponibili per le FPP sono limitati e visualizzabili dai clienti sulla piattaforma.
20. Le prime posizioni protette devono essere chiuse all'inizio del terzo (3) giorno con una durata
massima di settantadue (72) ore dall’apertura. Nel caso in cui le posizioni non vengano chiuse,
queste verranno chiuse automaticamente dal sistema al prezzo di mercato.

Ritiro
21. Tutti i fondi persi nel corso delle prime posizioni protette, vengono riaccreditati sul conto di
trading e possono essere prelevati dal cliente.
22. Il ritiro di qualsiasi importo è subordinato alla chiusura di tutte le prime posizioni protette.
Condizioni generali
23. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di non offrire le FPP su CFD per ordini ricevuti tramite
Dipartimento di brokerage o tramite l'applicazione mobile;
24. Per qualsiasi uso improprio delle FPP, come ad esempio qualsiasi forma di hedging, la Società si
riserva il diritto di revocare il relativo strumento e / o chiudere il conto trading del cliente senza
alcun preavviso.
25. Tutte le Condizioni delle FPP sono essenziali e vincolanti
26. Tutti le Condizioni delle presenti FPP sono disciplinate dalle leggi e dalle regolamentazioni della
Repubblica di Cipro.
27. Eventuali controversie derivanti da o connesse alle presenti FPP sono regolate esclusivamente dai
Tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro.

Premières positions protégées – Conditions Générales
Introduction
1. Les présentes conditions générales (ci-après dénommées les « modalités ») régissent toutes les
actions relatives à l'outil des premières positions protégées (ci-après appelées «FPP»), selon
lesquelles les clients admissibles de Depaho Ltd opérant sous la marque de commerce FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (ci-après dénommée "la Société") sera accordée avec la pleine protection de
leurs premières positions selon les termes ci-dessous.
2. La Société est une société d'investissement réglementée, enregistrée sous la Chypre Securities
and Exchange Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), sous le numéro de licence. 161/11.
3. Les FPP sont fournies à tous les clients de la Société comme un outil permettant aux clients
d'évaluer le produit et le risque associé au trading de CFD dans un environnement commercial en
direct.
4. Une fois qu'un compte de trading a été vérifié et approuvé, un certain nombre de premières
positions du client sera protégé, en fonction du montant du dépôt initial, conformément à la
clause 14 ci-dessous.

7. Il est recommandé que toujours, vous lisiez les Conditions générales en vigueur avant d'accepter
de recevoir un avantage commercial de la Société.
Conditions d’éligibilité
8. Cet outil, les FPP, est valide du 6 février 2017 au 31 décembre 2017.
9. Le FPP est offert aux clients qui :

Ouvrent un nouveau compte de trading avec la Société
j.
Seront acceptés et approuvés par le Service de la Conformité de la Société à titre de client
k. Ne possèdent pas déjà un compte de négociation existant avec la Société
l.
Sont admissibles à devenir clients de la Société.
10. Le FPP est valable pour un dépôt forfaitaire de USD $ / € 200.00 (US Dollar / Euro deux cents) ou
plus.

11. Les demandes frauduleuses, multiples ou incorrectement remplies ne seront pas acceptées, ainsi
que les demandes faites en violation ou non-respect des règles et règlements régissant les
sociétés d'investissement.
12. Seules les premières positions seront protégées conformément aux Conditions FPP.
13. Les clients utilisant la plate-forme MetaTrader (MT4) ne seront pas admissibles aux FPP.
Les FPP
14. La Société s'adressera aux clients qui répondent aux critères des présentes Conditions avec le
nombre suivant de positions protégés, selon le montant du dépôt initial que le client aura versé à
son compte de trading selon le tableau ci-dessous :

15. Les fonds perdus pendant ces premières positions protégées seront crédités au compte courant. Dans
le cas où les pertes des premières positions protégées excèdent le total du montant du dépôt initial, la
Société crédite sur le compte de négociation du client uniquement le total du montant du dépôt initial.
16. Les fonds provenant de ces premières positions protégées appartiennent au client.
17. La valeur de position minimale est de 3.500 unités monétaires de base et la valeur de position
maximale est de 10.000 (dix mille) unités de base ou équivalente à une exposition pouvant
atteindre 10.000 USD (dix mille dollars US) en cas de CFD.
18. Dans le cas d'une exposition supérieure à celle indiquée à la clause 17 ci-dessus, la Société se
réserve le droit de réviser le montant de position fixé à la clause 17 ci-dessus.
19. Les symboles disponibles pour les FPP sont limités et sont disponibles pour chaque client et
affichés sur la plateforme.
20. Les premières positions protégées doivent être fermées au début du troisième (3) jour avec une
durée maximale de soixante-douze (72) heures à compter de la date de la demande. En cas de
défaut, la ou les positions en question seront automatiquement fermées par le système aux prix
du marché.
Retrait
21. Tous les fonds perdus résultant des FPP, seront crédités de nouveau dans le compte de trading et
pourront être retirés par le client.

22. Le retrait de tout montant est subordonné à la clôture de toutes les premières positions

Conditions générales
23. La Société se réserve le droit de ne pas proposer les FPP sur les CFDs pour transmission via le
Département de courtage ou via l'application mobile.
24. Pour toute utilisation abusive des FPP, comme pour toute forme de couverture, la Société se
réserve le droit de révoquer l'outil associé et / ou de résilier le compte de trading du client sans
préavis.
25. Tous les termes de ces FPP sont essentiels et contraignants.
26. Tous les termes des présentes FPP sont régis par les lois et règlements de la République de
Chypre.
27. Tout litige découlant ou en rapport avec les présentes FPP sera réglé exclusivement par les

Introducción
1.
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones (denominados a continuación “Los Términos”) rigen todas
las acciones respeto a la herramienta de las Primeras Posiciones Protegidas (denominada a
continuación “FPP”), mediante los cuales los clientes aptos de Depaho Ltd. operando bajo el
nombre de la marca de FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (denominada a continuación “La Compañía”)
dispondrán de total protección en las primeras operaciones según los siguientes Términos.
2.
La Compañía es una empresa de inversión regulada, registrada en la Comisión de Bolsa y Valores
de Chipre (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy ), bajo el número de licencia. 161/11.
3.
Las FPP se ofrecen a todos los clientes de la Compañía como una herramienta que permite que los
clientes evalúen el producto y el riesgo involucrado mientras operan CFDs en un ambiente de
comercio en vivo.
4.
Una vez que se verifique y apruebe una cuenta de operaciones, se protegerán un número

Condiciones de obtención
8.
La herramienta FPP es válida desde el 6 de Febrero de 2017 hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 2017.
9.
Las FPP están disponibles para clientes que:
a. Abran una nueva cuenta de operaciones con la Compañía;
b. Sean aceptados y aprobados por el Departamento de Cumplimiento de la Compañía como
clientes;
c. No tengan ya una cuenta de operaciones existente con la Compañía; y
d. Sean aptos para convertirse en clientes de la Compañía;

10. Las FPP son válidas para depósitos de USD $/€ 200.00 (doscientos US Dólares/ Euros) o más.
11. No se aceptarán solicitudes fraudulentas, múltiples o incorrectamente completadas, ni tampoco
las solicitudes presentadas en violación o incumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos que rigen
a las Empresas de Inversión.
12. Solo las primeras posiciones serán protegidas de acuerdo con los Términos FPP.
13. Los clientes que usan la plataforma MetaTrader (MT4) no serán aptos para las FPP.
Las FPP
14. La Compañía concederá a los clientes que cumplan con los criterios de estos Términos el siguiente
número de operaciones protegidas, de acuerdo con el monto del depósito inicial con el que el
cliente haya financiado su cuenta de operaciones de acuerdo con la siguiente tabla:

15. Cualquier fondo perdido de las primeras posiciones protegidas será acreditado de nuevo a la

la cantidad total del Depósito Inicial, la Compañía abonará de nuevo en la cuenta de operaciones
del cliente solamente el total de la cantidad del Depósito Inicial.
16. Los fondos obtenidos de las primeras posiciones protegidas pertenecen al cliente.
17. El valor mínimo de la posición es de 3.500 unidades de la moneda base y el valor máximo de la
posición es 10.000 (diez mil) unidades de la moneda base, o equivalente a una exposición de
hasta US $ 10.000 (diez mil Dólares estadounidenses) en caso de CFDs.
18. En caso de una exposición mayor que la indicada en la anterior cláusula 17, la Compañía se
reserva el derecho de revisar el monto de posición establecido en la anterior cláusula 17.
19. Los símbolos disponibles para las FPP son limitados y están disponibles para que cada cliente
pueda verlos en la Plataforma.
20. Las primeras posiciones protegidas deben ser cerradas al inicio del tercer (3) día con una duración
máxima de setenta y dos (72) horas a partir del momento de la apertura. En caso de no hacerlo, la
posición o posiciones pertinentes se cerrarán automáticamente por el sistema en los precios de
mercado.

Retiro
21. Cualquier fondo perdido resultante de las FPP, se acredita de nuevo en la cuenta de operaciones y
puede ser retirado por el cliente.
22. El retiro de cualquier cantidad está supeditada al cierre de todas las primeras posiciones
protegidas.
Condiciones Generales
23. La Compañía se reserva el derecho de no ofrecer las FPP en CFDs para su transmisión a través del
Departamento de Corretaje o a través de la aplicación móvil.
24. Cualquier uso indebido de las FPP, como cualquier forma de Cobertura, la Compañía se reserva el
derecho de revocar la herramienta relacionada y / o terminar la cuenta de operaciones del cliente
sin previo aviso.
25. Todos los términos de estas FPP son esenciales y vinculantes.
26. Todos los Términos de la presente FPP se regirán por las leyes y reglamentos de la República de
Chipre.
27. Las controversias que surjan o estén relacionadas con la presente FPP serán resueltas
exclusivamente por los Tribunales de la República de Chipre.

Wprowadzenie
1. Niniejszy Regulamin (określany jako "Warunki") reguluje wszelkie działania w odniesieniu do

Depaho Ltd działający pod marką FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (niniejszym dalej "Spółka") będą mieć

2. Spółka jest regulowaną firmą inwestycyjną, zarejestrowana pod Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), pod nr. 161/11.
3. FPP są dostaraczane dla wszystkich klientów Spółki jako narzędzie pozwalające na ocenę produktu
i związanego z nim ryzyka, podczas inwestowania z CFD w rzeczywistym środowisku

4. Kiedy konto inwestycyjne jest zweryfikowane i zatwierdzone, określona jest liczba pierwszych

6. Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany któregokolwiek z niniejszych Warunków lub całości FPP w
dowolnym momencie po powiadomieniu swoich klientów, zamieszczając zmienione Warunki na
stronie internetowej FXGM. Na mocy takiego faktu oraz w przypadku, gdy klient nie chcę
kontynuować korzystania z FPP, można skontaktować się z działem obsługi klienta w celu
wystąpienia z wnioskiem o ich usunięcie.
7. Zaleca się, aby zawsze czytać istotne Warunki Umowy przed zaakceptowaniem otrzymania
świadczenia inwestowania od Spółki.
Warunki kwalifikowalności
8. Narzędzie FPP obowiązuje od 6 lutego 2017 r. do 31 grudnia 2017 r.
9. FPP są dostępne dla klientów, którzy:
a. otwierają nowy rachunek transakcyjny ze Spółką;
b. zostaną zaakceptowani i zatwierdzeni jako klient przez Departament Zgodności Spółki;
c. nie posiadają istniejącego już konta inwestycyjnego ze Spółką;
d. kwalifikują się, aby zostać klientem Spółki.

FPP

15. Wszelkie straty z pierwszych chronionych pozycji zostaną zwrócone na rachunek inwestycyjny. W

Kwotę Depozytu, Spółka zasili konto inwestycyjne klienta tylko wartością początkowego depozytu.
16. Wszelkie środki uzyskane z pierwszych chronionych pozycji należa do klienta.
17. Minimalna wartość pozycji to 3.500 jednostek waluty bazowej a maksymalna wartość pozycji
wynosi 10.000 (dziesięć tysięcy) jednostek waluty bazowej lub równowartość ekspozycji do US
$ 10.000 (USDolar dziesięć tysięcy) w przypadku CFD.
18. W przypadku ekspozycji większej niż określono w pkt 17 powyżej, Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo
do zmiany wielkości pozycji jak określono w pkt 17 powyżej.
19. Symbole dostępne dla FPP są ograniczone i są dostępne dla każdego klienta, I są widoczne na
Platformie.
20. Pierwsze chronione pozycje muszą być zamknięte na początku trzeciego (3) dnia oraz w
maksymalnym czasie siedemdziesięciu dwóch (72) godzin od chwili złożenia wniosku. W

Ogólne warunki
23. Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo i nie oferuje inwestowania na FPP z CFD za pośrednictwem Działu
Brokerskiego lub za pośrednictwem mobilnej aplikacji.
24. Każde nadużycie związane z FPP, jako wszelaką formę Hedgingu, Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do
odwołania narzędzia i / lub zamknięcia rachunku transakcyjnego klienta bez uprzedzenia.
25. Wszystkie niniejsze Warunki FPP są istotne i wiążące.
26. Wszystkie Warunki prezentowane dla FPP podlegaja przepisom ustawowym i wykonawczym

27. Wszelkie spory wynikające z lub związane z niniejszymi FPP będą rozstrzygane wyłącznie przez
sądy Republiki Cypryjskiej.

Villkoren för första skyddade positioner
Introduktion
1. De nuvarande villkoren (härefter kallade “villkoren”) reglerar alla händelser som avser Första
Skyddade Positioner -verktyget (härefter kallad “FPP”), varigenom berättigade kunder av Depaho
Ltd som driver varumärket FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (härefter kallad “Bolaget”) kommer att
beviljas fullständigt skydd för deras första positioner enligt nedanstående villkor.
2. Bolaget är ett reglerat värdepappersföretag, registrerad hos Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under licens nr. 161/11.
3. FPP ges till alla kunder i bolaget som ett verktyg för att låta kunder utvärdera produkten och
tillhörande risken medan de handlar CFD:er i en verklig handelsmiljö.
4. När ett handelskonto är verifierat och godkänt, kommer ett visst antal av kundens första
positioner att skyddas, beroende varje gång på den första insättningen, enligt punkt 14 nedan.
5. Bolaget förbehåller sig rätten att återkalla eller begränsa någon av FPP:er när som helst utan
förvarning.
6. Bolaget förbehåller sig rätten att ändra någon av dessa villkor eller hela FPP när som helst, efter
att ha meddelat sina kunder genom att publicera de ändrade villkoren på FXGM webbplats. Vid
ett sådant fall och om du inte vill fortsätta att använda FPP, kan du kontakta kundtjänst för att
begära att den tas bort.
7. Det rekommenderas att du alltid läser de relevanta villkoren innan du accepterar att ta emot ett
handelsförmån från bolaget.
Villkor för medlemskap
8. Detta FPP verktyg gäller från 6 februari 2017 till 31 december 2017.
9. FPP är tillgängligt för kunder som:
m. öppnar ett nytt handelskonto hos bolaget;
n. kommer att accepteras och godkännas som kund av Compliance-avdelningen i bolaget;
o. inte redan har ett befintligt handelskonto hos bolaget; och
p. har rätt att bli kund hos bolaget.
10. FPP gäller för en insättning av en klumpsumma av USD$/€200.00 (två hundra US Dollar/Euro) eller
mer.
11. Bedrägliga, flera eller felaktigt ifyllda ansökningar kommer inte att godkännas, inte heller
ansökningar gjorda i strid eller bristande överensstämmelse med regler och bestämmelser som
styr värdepappersföretag.

12. Endast de första positionerna kommer att skyddas enligt FPP villkoren.
13. Kunder som använder plattformen MetaTrader (MT4) kommer inte att vara berättigade till FPP.
FPP
14. Bolaget kommer att bevilja de kunder som uppfyller kriterierna i dessa villkor följande antal
skyddade positioner, beroende på hur stor den ursprungliga insättningen är som kunden sätter in
på sitt handelskonto, enligt nedanstående tabell:

15. Alla medel som gått förlorade från de första skyddade positionerna kommer att krediteras tillbaka
till handelskontot. I händelse av att förlusten på den första skyddade positionen överstiger den
totala summan av första insättningen kommer företaget endast återbetala summan av den första
insättningen till kundens handelskonto.
16. Alla medel som erhållits från de första skyddade positionerna tillhör kunden.
17. Minsta positionsvärde är 3,500 (tretusenfemhundra) enheter i basvaluta och det maximala
positionsvärdet är 10,000 (tiotusen) enheter i basvaluta, eller motsvarande en exponering av upp
till US$10,000 (tiotusen US Dollar) när det gäller CFD:er.
18. I händelse av en exponering större än som anges i punkt 17 ovan, förbehåller sig bolaget rätten
att revidera positionsbeloppet så som fastställs i punkt 17 ovan.
19. Symboler som är tillgängliga för FPP är begränsade och är tillgängliga för varje kund att se på
plattformen.
20. De första skyddade positionerna måste stängas I början av den tredje (3) dagen, med högst
sjuttiotvå (72) timmar från tidpunkten från begäran. I hädelse att detta inte görs, kommer den
berörda positionen (positioner) automatiskt att stängas av enligt marknadspriserna i systemet.
Uttag
21. Alla förlorade medel från de första skyddade positionerna kommer att krediteras tillbaka till
handelskontot och kan återkallas av kunden.
22. Uttag av något belopp är knutet till stängning av alla första skyddade positioner.

Allmänna villkor
23. Bolaget förbehåller sig rätten att inte erbjuda FPP på CFD:er för överföring via mäklaravdelningen
eller via mobilapplikationen.
24. Vid missbruk av FPP, såsom någon form av säkring, förbehåller sig bolaget rätten att återkalla
tillhörande verktyg och/eller avsluta kundens handelskonto utan vidare upplysning.
25. Alla villkor för FPP är nödvändiga och bindande.
26. Alla villkor gällande nuvarande FPP skall regleras av lagar och förordningar i republiken Cypern.
27. Eventuella tvister som uppstår i samband med de nuvarande FPP skall avgöras i domstolar i
republiken Cypern.
