Call for Applications
Scholarships to study at Lublin University of Technology (Poland) in the framework of the
European Programme ERASMUS+ KA1
Objective
The Erasmus+ Programme – mobility for study offers the possibility to spend a period of studies at
Lublin University of Technology for Bachelor and Master Students and for Academic and
Administrative Staff from the University of Sfax
Mobility students will be awarded a scholarship, will attend courses and will use all the facilities of
the Lublin University of Technology on an equal basis as the enrolled students.
All passed exams previously approved in the Learning Agreement, will be recognised by the home
institution (University of Sfax).
Mobility periods
Bachelor’s level: 6 months
Master’s level: 6 months
Academic and Administrative Staff: 7 days

3) Mechanical Engineering Faculty
4) Environmental Engineering Faculty
5) Fundamentals of Technology Faculty

Financing
The Erasmus+ for study scholarships are contributions to support living costs in the hosting
country.
Conditions and procedures
General conditions for admittance
The candidate student must be enrolled at the University of Sfax that signed the Inter Institutional
Agreement within the framework of Erasmus + Programme, with the Lublin University of
Technology.
Please find the relevant dates for this first semester awarding period (February 2017)
The student must be preselected and nominated by the University of Sfax

Learning Agreement for studies signed by the student, the academic tutor and the director of
the institution (Annex I) ECTS catalogues of particular faculties contain necessary

The documents must be sent to the home University (International Relations Office) to the
following address University of Sfax ; Airport road km 0.5 P.O.BOX 1169 – 3029 Sfax. The home
Institution will be responsible of selection procedures on the basis transparent and fair criteria.
The deadline for applying is fixed at 20 November 2016.
