Conseil de pros ! – Comment monter le couple moteur de manière simple et rapide !
La répartition du tissu de verre au niveau du couple moteur correspond exactement aux besoins pour le montage d’un couple moteur.
Sur votre fuselage, le calage moteur (piqueur et anti-couple) sont déjà définis. Le couple moteur fourni est universel et peut être utilisé
pour la plupart des motorisations disponibles sur le marché – il est équipé d’un axe central, mais n’a pas de perçages pour la fixation,
c’est-à-dire que vous avez toute liberté quant au choix de la motorisation .
En quelques tours de main, vous fixez le couple moteur circulaire sur le nez légèrement ovalisé de votre fuselage. Ne poncez en
aucun cas le couple moteur au profil conique du fuselage.

Vue3: Avec du papier de verre, grattez un peu l’intérieur du flanc du fuselage au niveau du couple moteur, pour une meilleure
adhérence de la colle. Montez maintenant l’ensemble selon la vue ci-dessus sur le fuselage et serrez le couple sur le fuselage à l’aide
de la vis jusqu’à ce qu’il soit à raz et à distance égale de l’arête. Vous avez ainsi déjà donné une forme ronde à votre fuselage.
Vue 4: Fixez maintenant le couple avec quelques gouttes de colle cyano, et résinez-le par la suite. Reportez les trous de fixation de la
motorisation, puis les percer – terminé!

Profi-Tip ! – Simple, effective way to install a motor mount.
Use this procedure to accurately install the GRP motor mount in the fuselage nose. It is particularly helpful in the case where the nose is slightly
oval in shape at the point where the mount is to be installed. With care and just the right amount of pressure, you will find it easy to re-shape the
nose into a perfect match for the spinner. In the case of an electric fuselage, the required down thrust and side thrust has already been installed.
The enclosed motor mount is universally suitable for variety of motors. Only the central hole, for the drive shaft is pre-drilled, the additional motor
mounting holes will need to be accurately marked out and drilled to suit the particular motor to be installed.
Insert the round motor mount into the slightly oval shape of the fuselage nose by pulling the mount into place, using the Nylon bolt as a handle.
Don’t be tempted to sand the sides of the motor mount to suit the shape of the fuselage nose.

Fig. 3:Roughen the inner wall of the fuselage using a course grade sandpaper to ensure an effective bond. Now insert the motor mount into the
fuselage as shown and firmly pull the mount into the nose, using the bolt as a handle, until it is properly located, leaving an even lip around the full
circumference of the fuselage nose. By doing so, you would have effectively shaped the fuselage to suit the spinner.

Profi-Tip ! - So setzen Sie ihren Motorspant schnell und einfach ein !
Die Gewebeablage im Bereich des Motorspantes ist exakt auf die Anforderungen zum Einbau eines Motorspantes abgestimmt. An
Ihrem Elektrorumpf sind Sturz und Zug bereits fertig angebracht. Der beiliegende Motorspant ist universell für die meisten Antriebe
geeignet – er enthält eine zentrale Achse aber keine Bohrungen zur Fixierung, d.h. Sie sind absolut frei in der Wahl Ihres Antriebes.
Mit folgenden einfachen Handgriffen setzen Sie ihren runden Motorspant perfekt in die leicht ovale Form der Rumpfnase ein. Bitte
schleifen Sie den Motorspant auf keinen Fall passend auf den Rumpfkonus, denn es gibt keine ovalen Spinner.

Bild 3: rauen Sie die Rumpfinnenwand im Bereich des Motorspantes mit Schleifpapier etwas an, damit die Verklebung anschließend
kraftschlüssig wird. Führen Sie nun die Motorspanteinheit wie abgebildet in den Rumpf ein und ziehen Sie den Spant mittels Schraube
so weit nach vorne, bis er sauber und mit gleichmäßigem Abstand zu Schnittkante anliegt. Somit haben Sie Ihren Rumpf schon mal
rund geformt.
Bild 4: Fixieren Sie nun den Spant mit ein paar Tropfen Sekundenkleber und harzen ihn anschließend fest ein. Die Bohrungen für den
Antrieb übernehmen und nun nur noch die Aufnahmelöcher bohren – fertig!
