The family announces with sorrow his unexpected death at
Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on Friday, February 8th,
2013 at the age of 70. He leaves in mourning his life partner
Lucille Paiement (née Tousignant), his children Cathy (Bob)
Feiten, Gail Thomas, Anita (Chris) Maynard, Michel
Paiement, Claire Paiement, Normand Paiement, Denise
(Wayne) Barber, Roger (Sue) Paiement, Aurel Paiement,
Aimé Paiement, Carole Fournier and Ronald Paiement.
Peter was the grandfather to 21 grandchildren and 24 greatgrandchildren.
He also leaves in sorrow his siblings: Ina Bradbury, Pamela
(Harry) Downs, Denise (Peter) Watts, Helena Simard as well
as many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Edmond Thomas and
Florence Franklin.

Peter loved being in his garage and also taking care of the
birds.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 12th, 2013
at 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm as well as on February 13th,
2013 from 9am to 11 am at Les Maisons Funéraires Génier
Gauthier Funeral Homes Inc., 70-7th Avenue South in
Cochrane.
The funeral service will be held at the funeral Chapel at 11
am with Reverend Father Rémi Lessard officiating.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lady Minto
Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.

vendredi 8 février, 2013 à l’hôpital Lady Minto de Cochrane,
à l’âge de 70 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil son amie Lucille
Paiement (née Tousignant) ainsi que ses enfants Cathy (Bob)

Peter laisse aussi dans le deuil ses sœurs: Ina (Bradbury,

ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Il fut prédécédé par ses parents Edmond Thomas et Florence
Franklin.
Peter aimait beaucoup travailler dans son garage et surtout
nourrir ses petits oiseaux.
La famille recevra parents et amis mardi le 12 février, 2013
de 14 heures à 16 heures et 19 heures à 21 heures ainsi que le
13 février, 2013 de 9 heures à 11 heures à Les Maisons
Funéraires Génier Gauthier Funeral Homes Inc., 70-7ième
avenue sud de Cochrane.
Le service funèbre aura lieu le 13 février, 2013 à la chapelle
de la maison funéraire à 11 heures célébré par le Père Rémi
Lessard.
À la demande de la famille, les dons à la société canadienne
du cancer ou à l’auxiliaire de l’hôpital Lady Minto seraient
appréciés.
