18.50 pm – Welcome and transfer of the Polish team from Ferihegy airport (Budapest) to Oradea – 3 students and 3
teachers.
Assistance with the accommodation (2 Romanian Comenius assistants, a school’s mini bus).

Sunday, October 10th
Welcome of the French Belgian and Portuguese partner teams and their transfer from Ferihegy airport (Budapest) to
Oradea – 8 students, 4 teachers (unknown number of the Portuguese participants or arrival time!!!)∗
Welcome of the Bulgarian team.
Assistance with the accommodation (2 Romanian Comenius assistants, a school’s mini bus).
Monday, October 11th
9.30-10.00 The welcome reception (in the conference hall of a local restaurant) by the students of the Banqueting
and Catering Department.
Welcome Speech – the head teacher
The introduction of the guests – team and individual presentation
Files with the week schedule and badges are handed out.

PowerPoint Presentation of Romania, of the host school, and the Romanian Comenius team (students and staff).
Romanian traditional dances, performance by a group of dancers. Dancing lesson: A Round Dance (HORA).
11.45-13.00 Welcome buffet with Romanian dishes
13-14 – School visit. (60, Decebal Boulevard.)
14.00-18.30 – Pedestrian discovery of the city. Central Sreet. Crisul Supermarket.
A visit to “Muzeul Tarii Crisurilor”

Dinner served in the school’s eating hall on Brancoveanu St.

Transfer of the partner teachers to their accommodation.

Tuesday, October 12th
8.30 – Students walk from the students hostel to the cooking hall on Brancoveanu St. (a 10 minutes’ walk) and have
breakfast.
9.00 – Transfer of the partner teachers to the cooking hall of the school on Brancoveanu St.
9.30-13.00 – Cooking lesson – Romanian main course presented by a chef. Students practice the recipe in national
teams.
13.00-14.00 – Lunch time
14.00 -19.00 – A visit to a local village

14.00-15.00 – The trip to the local village where the villagers will perform the traditional custom of pig
sacrifice.
15.00-1900 – The students participate in the stages involved in this ritual and discover traditional pork
recipes. Dinner will consist of carnaţi, caltaboşi and toroş, the Romanian pork dishes that will have been
cooked during the workshop.
19.00 – 20.00 Departure for Oradea. Teachers and students are taken to their accommodation quarters.
Free evening.
Wednesday. October 13th
A day out of the town – a trip to the mountains.
8.30 – Breakfast is served for students at school
9.00 – Teachers are collected from their hotel.
Departure for the Bears’ Cave.
13.00 – Lunch in Chişcău.
14.00 – A visit to the local Village Museum and the ”zoo garden” of a grandpa.
17.00 – On returning, a visit to a health resort renowed for the thrapeutical benefits of the thermal water in the
area, Băile Felix (Felix Baths) + The WhiteWater Lilies and Lotuses Lakes
18.30 – Dinner at school
19.15 – Transfer to accommodation
Free evening.
