He is also a l a w p r o f e s s o r in Paris Ouest Nanterre University and is regularly invited as a visiting Professor and Speaker in many prestigious universities and institutions (The Hague Academy of International Law, 2012, Oxford University, 2014). He is the author of numerous books and publications on complex matters of International Law. He holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D from the University Paris I, Panthéon-La Sorbonne. He is currently a partner in Steering Law Firm, a Paris based law firm comprising offices in Dubai (UAE), Beirut (Lebanon) and Niamey (Niger). He acts as arbitrator, counsel and expert in international arbitration proceedings. He regularly gives expert legal opinions and has worked for the French Government on international contracts concluded by the State (2007), for the Canadian Government on International Law projects (2005), and for the Serbian Government on the Serbian Foreign Trade Law (2004). He advises a variety of clients in international judicial and arbitration proceedings (ICC, ad hoc under UNCITRAL rules, ICSID, etc.). He has represented private companies (French building company in a construction contract litigation with a Saudi oil company, French company in a tunnel litigation in South Asia, US Fund for debt recovering in Africa, Insurance company litigation with Monaco, etc.) and States (a Caribbean state willing to recover a debt against a European State, an African State in a construction case, etc).
