As a world-leading and unique opportunity, the AMWC will bring together researchers and practitioners of diverse disciplines from all over the world. We are grateful to the Scientific and Organizing Committees for preparing this very exciting conference which will be held under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. With the scientific supervision of the World Society of Interdisciplinary Anti-aging Medicine (WOSIAM), the AMWC 2015 will mark its 13th anniversary with advanced program content. Together with Monaco’s 2015 celebration of the “Year of Russian Culture”, the AMWC 2015 will give a special recognition to Russia for its contributions to the advancement of global anti-aging medicine, and are delighted to have with us the Honorary Presidents representing Russian medicine and science: Prof Natalia Manturova (Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery), Prof Nikolay Potekaev (Aesthetic Dermatology) and Prof Alexander Melerzanov (Preventive & Anti-Aging Medicine). Over the last 13 years, the AMWC has played a key role in underpinning the scientific understanding of global anti-aging management. This mission is still as important today, and the congress program examines approaches in aesthetics (dermatology and surgery) for external appearance, whilst applying anti-aging medicine for internal well-being. To meet these goals, the AMWC 2015 will showcase cutting edge presentations by some of the most sought after experts in the field of Aesthetic Dermatology, Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery and multidisciplinary Preventive & Anti-Aging Medicine. The interactive format and live demonstrations will provide thought-provoking sessions and discussions, and hands-on experiences covering recent findings, marketing tips and practical tricks. The main conference theme will be “Concept of Charisma & Future Challenges in Aesthetics”. How do we preserve personal charisma in pursuit of aesthetic perfection? A cet effet, nous tenons à remercier le Comité Scientifique et d’Organisation pour avoir préparé l’exceptionnelle 13ème édition de l’AMWC, organisée sous le Haut Patronage de S.A.S. À l’occasion de « L’Année de la Russie » célébrée à Monaco en 2015, l’AMWC rendra hommage à cette dernière pour sa contribution dans les progrès de la Médecine Esthétique et Anti-âge. Nous aurons donc le privilège d’accueillir les Présidents d’Honneurs: Pr. Natalia Manturova (Chirurgie Esthétique et Plastique), Pr. Nikolay Potekaev (Dermatologie Esthétique) et Pr. Alexander Melerzanov (Médecine Préventive & Anti-âge). Depuis 13 ans, l’objectif principal de l’AMWC est d’encourager les scientifiques à mieux comprendre la prise en charge globale du vieillissement. Cette mission reste primordiale et le programme scientifique du congrès portera sur la prévention du vieillissement via l’approche esthétique (dermatologie et chirurgie), et l’usage de « la médecine du bien vieillir » pour le bien-être intérieur. Afin d’atteindre ces objectifs, l’AMWC 2015 proposera les présentations d’experts de renom de multiples disciplines, telles que ; la dermatologie esthétique, la chirurgie plastique et esthétique et la médecine préventive et anti-âge. Les présentations interactives et démonstrations en direct conduiront à des sessions riches en échanges d’idées et de discussions. Elles aborderont des résultats récents de recherches cliniques, d’expériences marketing, et des astuces pratiques. Le thème principal du congrès sera basé sur le “Concept du Charisme & Futurs Challenges dans l’Esthétique”. Comment préserver son charisme personnel et tendre vers une perfection esthétique ? Temporary vasovagal reactions associated with pre-injection anxiety, such as syncope, circulatory problems, nausea or tinnitus, may occur. In Glabellar frown lines: Common (≥1/100, <1/10): headache, muscle disorders (elevation of eyebrow), sensation of heaviness. Uncommon (≥1/1,000, <1/100): bronchitis, nasopharyngitis, influenza, depression, insomnia, facial paresis (brow ptosis), vasovagal syncope, eyelid oedema, eyelid ptosis, blurred vision, tinnitus, nausea, pruritus, skin nodule, muscle twitching, muscle cramps, injection site reactions (bruising, pruritus), tenderness, influenza like illness, fatigue (tiredness). In Crow’s feet lines: Common (≥1/100, <1/10): Eyelid oedema, dry eye, injection site haematoma.
