An experienced team
Diane Segalen
+ 20 years in recruitment of partners, managers and board members
+ Specialised in executive committees and boards, specifically in the Finance and Services
industries
- Master in Business law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1988)
+ YMP of INSEAD (1997)
- Began her career in Investment Banking from 1987 to 1992 in New York at Chase
Manhattan Bank and in Paris at Banque Arjil, with Compagnie de Presbourg
- 1992-1993 and 1997-2005: Heidrick & Struggles in New York and Paris (Partner,
in charge of the Finance practice)
- 1993-1997: Launch of Boyden’s Paris office with a Partner from H&S
- 2005-2011: Vice-Chairman of CTPartners, opened the Paris office of this U.S. head-

quartered firm, publicly-listed on the New York Stock Exchange and which turned out to
be one of the fast-growing new players of the industry (offices grew ww from 6 in 2005
to 22 in 2011)
- October 2011: Creation of Segalen + associés
+ Vice-President in Europe of Helen Keller Int, an organisation fighting worldwide for the
eradication of preventable blindness and malnutrition (www.hki.org)
Violaine Amigues
+ Specialises in recruitment and human resource management in Consulting and Banking
- MSc in Management from HEC (1991)
- Began her career in consulting at SVGM and fulfilled several entrepreneurial experiences in social action fields
- 2004-2008: Creation and development of Fullfeel, a recruitment firm with a focus
on IT and financial advice
- 2008-2011: COO at Leonardo & Co in Paris, in charge of human resources in France
and Benelux
- October 2011: Creation of Segalen + associés
Anne-Sophie Olive
- MSc in Business Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2002), MSc in Business
from HEC (2006)
- Started her career in 2004, at JP Morgan ECM, London and Morgan Stanley M&A,
Paris, then as an analyst at BNPP Corporate Finance, New York
- In 2010 came back to Paris as an Associate at Barber Hauler Capital Advisers,
a M&A boutique specialized in Mid-cap transactions
- January 2012: Joined Segalen + associés as Research Associate
Agathe Roger
+ Office manager
- BA in History from University Paris I (2000) and MSc in Management from ESC Rouen
(2003)
- 2003-2005: Experience in Publishing
- 2006-2011: Opening of the Paris office of CTPartners alongside Diane Segalen
- January 2012: Joined Segalen + associés as Office Manager
