Objectifs Merci de votre collaboration. Ce cours s'adresse aux étudiants de doctorat et de maîtrise qui veulent approfondir l'analyse des fondements des choix en incertitude avec ou sans problèmes d'information. Il couvre les fondements de l'utilité, l'aversion au risque, les variations de risque, la gestion du risque de crédit, les choix optimaux de portefeuille, d'assurance et d'épargne et analyse la détermination endogène de différents contrats observés dans plusieurs marchés: dette, franchise, option, coassurance, etc. Les thèmes de l'incertain et de l'information sont vastes. Nous avons choisi de traiter les plus importants durant les dix premières semaines de cours. Nous suggérons un ensemble de sujets d'intérêts pour les autres semaines : à chaque année, des sujets spécifiques seront traités en fonction des besoins et des goûts des étudiants qui suivront le cours. Une attention particulière sera également accordée au contenu des autres cours de finance du programme. Une première liste de sujets d'intérêts est suggérée dans les pages suivantes. Mais cette année une attention particulière sera accordée au risque de crédit. Cette nouvelle partie aura lieu en mars et les détails du contenu seront annoncés à ce moment. Les étudiants de doctorat se verront imposer des critères plus élevés dans l'évaluation de leur travail de recherche que les étudiants de maîtrise.
