François started manufacturing career at the Goodyear Wire Plant in Bissen. He could demonstrate his
analytical skills when joining the Goodyear regional manufacturing team in 1994 where he was involved in
analyzing options for new plant acquisitions in Eastern Europe as well as rationalization activities in existing
European plants. During his plant experience in Germany between 1999 and 2006 he pushed operational
excellence based on quality and lean principles in an environment where people felt safe, engaged and
respected. In 2006 he joined the regional leadership team and hold various Director positions in Operations and
Business development as well as strategic analysis and investments. During this period he joined key
professional organizations in Luxembourg like Fedil and Chamber of Commerce where he is engaged in the
development of the industry in Luxembourg for competitiveness and future growth. Today he leads the
development of an Automotive Campus where people should feel inspired to collaborate and innovate mobility
of the future.
