We are very excited to bring you the news that GRS Uniworld, a world-wide known 5 star
river cruise line with ships in 3 continents, has been awarded the approval of the Confrérie
de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs to use the logo of the Chaîne on all of their publications and
menu cards and to carry the Chaîne shield, as a sign of approval on their outstanding quality
of food and service on all of their ships.
All their ships are very luxurious and beautiful, but the Culinary Excellence of GRC Uniworld
is of course the main connection to the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

GRC Uniworld’s culinary program continues to be recognized as the leader in river cruising
experiences. They are the only river cruise line to be consistently lauded in travel and
gourmet publications around the globe.
Therefore it is with great pleasure that the Bailliage National des Pays-Bas (Netherlands)
welcomes GRC Uniworld to the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Six executive chefs of GRC Uniworld have been registered as members and will represent
the values of our organisation on GRC Uniworld ships. The first one to be inducted was
Maître Rôtisseur was Mr. Gerard van Helvoort, during our Grand Chapitre of Aachen and
Maastricht earlier this year.
