Snowboarding is a HAZARDOUS activity WITH UNEXPECTED DANGERS. The use of
snowboarding equipment, including getting “air” and the use of any natural or man-made
terrain feature, involves the RISK of SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY to ANY part of the
user’s body, DISMEMBERMENT or DEATH.
Snowboard bindings are “non-release”, and will remain affixed to your feet under most circumstances. However, under some circumstances, bindings may become separated from
your boot. While on the mountain, you should utilize a proper retention device to prevent
a runaway snowboard. Snowboards, snowboard bindings and/or retention devices are not
intended to and do NOT ACT as a breaking device in case of a fall, NOR are they intended
to and do NOT PROTECT against ANY type of injury to ANY part of the user’s body, including but not limited to wrists, ankles, knees, shoulders and head. You are at risk of any such
injury whether your feet are attached or become detached from the snowboard bindings
while in use.
It is strongly recommended that beginners take lessons. As you learn the sport, ride within
your own limitations and do not exceed them. Flow strongly recommends the use of a
Snowboarding helmet and protective body gear. A helmet may reduce, but will NOT eliminate, the risk of injuries or death, even at slow speeds. Your board should be attached to
you with an approved retention device at ALL times while riding or walking. If a retention
device is removed for ANY reason, turn the board upside down and push the bindings
SECURELY into the snow to prevent runaways. Use boots that are snowboard specific.
Before each use, inspect or have the bindings inspected, to make sure all hardware is
secure and no parts are broken or missing. Exposure to vibrations and UV-light during
normal use can naturally lead to loosening or degradation of parts. We recommend using
only Flow-approved replacement parts with your Flow bindings. This product is designed
and manufactured only for snowboarding on snow.
Familiarize yourself with any terrain before using it, including any natural or man-made
terrain features. Obey all mountain rules and signs as well as all and any laws, regulations
and Responsibility Codes.
Keep these instructions for future reference. By utilizing this product, you agree to the
following terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understand the
instructions and warnings provided.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Flow warrants that this product, when it is purchased from an authorized Flow dealer by
a Flow Limited Warranty warrants that Flow Boots, Flow Bindings and Flow Snowboards,
when purchased from an authorized Flow dealer by a retail customer, WILL BE FREE
FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP for a period of one (1) year from
the date of purchase by the original retail customer. Flow Limited Warranty warrants that
certain specifically indicated models of Flow Snowboards, when purchased from an authorized Flow dealer by a retail customer, WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS
AND WORKMANSHIP for a period of four (4) years (=Per4mance Guarantee program)
from the date of purchase by the original retail customer. This warranty is solely for the
benefit of the original retail purchaser and may not be assigned. For retail customer Limited
Warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorized Flow dealer is required. All coverage under this warranty is void if product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third
party. If the date of purchase cannot be established, Flow will make a determination based
upon on the last production year of the particular model.
This Limited Warranty covers workmanship, structural and material defects, delamination,
breakage, faulty inserts and hardware of Flow products and parts thereof, which are solely
due to a manufacturing defect.
This Limited Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including fading colors,
scratches, paint chipping, oxidation and rust, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse,
unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, improper maintenance or care, use

of solvents and adhesives, incorrect setup and use of improper mounting hardware, sizing
issues, use on non-snow objects, any cut or blow or impact with a hard object or any other
irresponsible use. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or
alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Flow.
All returns must be made through Flow authorized dealers. If you have any questions about
the Flow Limited Warranty or procedures for making claims thereunder, please contact
Flow at www.flow.com. The Flow Warranty Center will determine if a product is covered
under this Limited Warranty. If covered, Flow will, at Flow’s sole option, repair or replace
the product in question. Flow can replace parts under the Limited Warranty that may be
of different color, appearance or specification from the original part. Repaired or replaced
products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. The product
is provided “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS”. UPON PURCHASE, CUSTOMER WAIVES
ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS AND IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOW BE LIABLE
FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR
EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER CAUSED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other
than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or other economic losses.
Flow shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion
may not apply to particular retail customers. Flow’s obligations under any warranty shall
be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this Flow Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which
vary from one jurisdiction to another. Any disputes arising from any provision in this section shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of laws
principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
EUROPEAN UNION ONLY: In the European Union, consumers have legal rights under
applicable national legislation. The foregoing is without prejudice to other legal rights that
may arise under applicable national legislation. To the extent that those legal rights do not
allow for waiver of liability or set a minimum standard for warranties and guarantees, those
rights are not affected by the Flow Limited Warranty. Flow’s obligations under any warranty
or guarantee shall be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this Flow
Limited Warranty. This warranty covers the purchase of the aforementioned Flow products
under the applicable national legislation of the relevant EU member state. The address

Umständen sicher an Ihren Füßen befestigt. In einigen Fällen können sich die Bindungen
jedoch von Ihren Stiefeln lösen. Auf einem Berg sollten Sie eine geeignete Haltevorrichtung verwenden, damit sich ein Snowboard nicht verselbständigt. Snowboards, Snowboardbindungen und/oder Halteeinrichtungen sind NICHT als Bremsvorrichtung im Falle

der Benutzung an den Snowboardbindungen befestigt bleiben oder sich lösen. Für Anfänger ist es daher äußerst empfehlenswert, Unterricht zu nehmen. Anwender sollten das
Snowboard immer innerhalb der Grenzen ihres Könnens benutzen und diese Grenzen
niemals überschreiten. Flow empfiehlt dringend das Tragen eines Snowboard-Helms und
geeigneter Schutzkleidung. Ein Helm kann das Risiko von ernsten oder tödlichen Verletzung zwar reduzieren, aber selbst bei niedrigeren Geschwindigkeiten NICHT völlig ausschließen. Das Snowboard muss IMMER – beim Fahren aber auch beim Gehen – mit einer
zugelassenen Befestigungsvorrichtung am Fahrer befestigt sein. Sollte die Befestigung
aus IRGENDEINEM Grund einmal gelöst werden, sollte das Board umgedreht und mit den
Bindungen FEST in den Schnee gedrückt werden, um zu verhindern, dass es herrenlos
den Abhang hinunterfährt. Es sollten ausschließlich Stiefel verwendet werden, die speziell
für das Snowboarding gedacht sind. Vor jedem Gebrauch sollten die Bindungen inspiziert
werden, um zu gewährleisten, dass alle Teile sicher und nicht beschädigt sind oder fehlen.
Schwingungs- und UV-Lichtbelastung während des normalen Gebrauchs kann dazu führen, dass sich Teile lockern oder in ihrer Funktion beeinträchtigt werden. Für Ihre Flow
Bindungen sollten Sie nur von Flow genehmigte Ersatzteile verwenden. Dieses Produkt ist
ausschließlich für das Snowboarding auf Schnee vorgesehen. Machen Sie sich vor der

BESCHRÄNKTE GARANTIE
Die eingeschränkte Garantie von Flow garantiert, dass Flow-Stiefel, Flow-Bindungen und
Flow-Snowboards beim Kauf von einem autorisierten Flow-Händler durch einen Einzelhandelskunden für eine Dauer von einem (1) Jahr ab Datum des Kaufs durch den Originaleinzelhandelskunden FREI VON MATERIAL- UND VERARBEITUNGSFEHLERN
SIND. Die eingeschränkte Garantie von Flow garantiert, dass bestimmte speziell gekennzeichnete Flow-Snowboardmodelle beim Kauf von einem autorisierten Flow-Händler
durch einen Einzelhandelskunden für eine Dauer von vier (4) Jahren (= Per4manceGarantieprogramm) ab Datum des Kaufs durch den Originaleinzelhandelskunden FREI
VON MATERIAL- UND VERARBEITUNGSFEHLERN SIND. Diese Garantie gilt ausschließlich für den Originaleinzelhandelskunden und ist nicht übertragbar. Wenn der Einzelhandelskunde die eingeschränkte Garantie in Anspruch nehmen möchte, muss er den
Kaufbeleg von einem autorisierten Flow-Händler vorzeigen. Alle Verpflichtungen unter
dieser Garantie erlöschen, falls das Produkt von einem unautorisierten Händler oder Dritten erworben wurde. Wenn das Kaufdatum nicht ermittelt werden kann, legt Flow das
Datum anhand des letzten Produktionsjahres des entsprechenden Modells fest. Diese
eingeschränkte Garantie deckt Verarbeitungs-, Struktur- und Materialfehler, Delaminierung, Bruchschäden, fehlerhafte Einsätze und Hardware von Flow-Produkten und Teilen
davon ab, deren Ursache ausschließlich auf einen Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen
ist. Diese eingeschränkte Garantie deckt keinen normalen Verschleiß, einschließlich verblasster Farben, Kratzern, Farbabsplitterungen, Oxidation und Rosts, oder jegliche andere Schäden aufgrund von Missbrauch, falschem Gebrauch, unerlaubten Modifikationen
oder Reparaturen, Unfällen, Hitze, unsachgemäßer Wartung oder Pflege, Nutzung von
Lösungsmitteln oder Klebstoffen, falscher Einrichtung und Benutzung unsachgemäßer
Montagematerialien, Größenbestimmungsproblemen, Nutzung an nicht wintertauglichen
Objekten, Schnitten, Schlägen oder Erschütterungen durch harte Gegenstände oder jeglicher anderen unverantwortlichen Benutzung ab. Die Verpflichtungen unter dieser Garantie
erlöschen, falls jegliche Modifikationen oder Änderungen an dem Produkt vorgenommen
wurden, die nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich durch Flow genehmigt wurden.Alle Rückgaben
müssen über von Flow autorisierte Händler erfolgen. Wenn Sie Fragen zur eingeschränkten Garantie von Flow oder zur Inanspruchnahme der Garantie haben, wenden Sie sich
bitte unter www.flow.com an Flow. Das Flow-Garantiecenter ermittelt, ob ein Produkt unter diese eingeschränkte Garantie fällt. Falls ja, wird Flow das betreffende Produkt nach

quatre (4) ans (=Per4mance Guarantee program (Programme de garantie Per4mance))
à compter de la date d’achat par l’acheteur d’origine. Cette garantie est destinée au seul

ne couvre pas l’usure normale, y compris les pertes de couleurs, les rayures, l’écaillage
de la peinture, l’oxydation et la rouille, ou tout dommage causé par une mauvaise utilisation, abus, modification non autorisée ou réparation, accident, la chaleur, un mauvais
entretien, l’utilisation de solvants et de colles, une configuration incorrecte et l’utilisation de

o di MORTE. Gli attacchi da snowboard sono “non-release”, ovvero senza sgancio di sicurezza: rimarranno attaccati ai piedi in quasi tutte le circostanze. Tuttavia, in alcuni casi gli
attacchi potrebbero sganciarsi dallo scarpone. Quando ci si trova in montagna, si dovrebbe utilizzare un apposito dispositivo di ritenuta per evitare che lo snowboard scivoli via. Le
tavole da snowboard, i loro attacchi e/o i dispositivi di ritenuta non sono concepiti come
dispositivi di frenata e NON FUNGONO come tali in caso di caduta, NÉ sono concepiti per
la PROTEZIONE e non PROTEGGONO da NESSUN tipo di lesione a qualsiasi parte del
corpo dell’utente, fra cui, ma non soltanto, polsi, caviglie, ginocchia, spalle e testa. L’utente
corre il rischio di subire tali lesioni con i piedi agganciati agli attacchi dello snowboard
durante l’uso, ma anche quando si sganciano. Flow raccomanda vivamente l’utilizzo di
un casco da snowboard e di attrezzature protettive per il corpo. Il casco può ridurre ma
NON elimina del tutto il rischio di eventuali lesioni o di morte, anche a velocità ridotte. La
tavola dovrebbe essere SEMPRE legata all’utente mediante un dispositivo di ritenzione
omologato, sia durante la discesa, sia quando si cammina. Se si rimuove il dispositivo
di ritenzione per QUALSIASI motivo, ribaltare la tavola e infiggere SALDAMENTE gli attacchi nella neve per evitare che scivoli via. Utilizzare scarponi specifici da snowboard.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, controllare o far controllare gli attacchi per garantire che tutte le parti
siano fisse e rilevare la presenza di eventuali parti mancanti o difettose. L’esposizione a
vibrazioni e raggi UV durante il normale utilizzo può naturalmente causare l’allentamento

GARANZIA LIMITATA
La Garanzia Limitata Flow garantisce che gli scarponi Flow, gli attacchi Flow e le tavole
da snowboard Flow, quando acquistate da un rivenditore autorizzato Flow da un cliente al
dettaglio, SARANNO ESENTI DA DIFETTI DI FABBRICAZIONE O DEI MATERIALI per un
periodo di un (1) anno dalla data di acquisto del cliente al dettaglio originale. La Garanzia
Limitata Flow garantisce che alcuni modelli di tavole da snowboard Flow specificatamente
indicati, quando acquistati da un rivenditore autorizzato Flow da un cliente al dettaglio, SARANNO ESENTI DA DIFETTI NEI MATERIALI E NELLA MANODOPERA per un periodo
di quattro (4) anni (=programma di Garanzia Per4mance) dalla data di acquisto del cliente
al dettaglio originale. Questa garanzia è esclusivamente a beneficio dell’acquirente al dettaglio originale e non può essere riassegnata. Per inoltrare una richiesta di applicazione
della Garanzia Limitata è necessario presentare la prova d’acquisto di un rivenditore autorizzato Flow. La copertura della presente garanzia è nulla se il prodotto è stato acquistato
da un rivenditore non autorizzato o da terzi. Se non è possibile stabilire la data di acquisto,
Flow la determinerà sulla base dell’ultimo anno di produzione del modello in questione.
Questa Garanzia Limitata copre i difetti di fabbricazione, strutturali e dei materiali, la delaminazione, la rottura, gli inserti e la minuteria difettosi dei prodotti Flow e delle loro parti,
che dipendano unicamente da un difetto di fabbricazione. La presente Garanzia Limitata
non copre l’usura ordinaria, fra cui attenuazione dei colori, graffi, scheggiature della vernice, ossidazione e ruggine, o eventuali danni causati da uso improprio, abuso, modifiche
o riparazioni non autorizzate, incidenti, calore, manutenzione o cura inadeguate, uso di
solventi e adesivi, errata installazione e utilizzo di minuteria impropria, problemi legati alla
taglia, utilizzo su oggetti non innevati, qualsiasi taglio o colpo o impatto con oggetti duri o
qualsiasi altro uso irresponsabile. La copertura della presente garanzia è nulla se il prodotto è stato modificato, cambiato o alterato senza specifica autorizzazione scritta da parte di
Flow. Tutti i resi devono essere inoltrati attraverso i rivenditori autorizzati Flow. In caso di
domande circa la Garanzia Limitata Flow o le procedure di richiesta di applicazione della
stessa, contattare Flow all’indirizzo www.flow.com. Il Centro Garanzie Flow stabilirà se un
prodotto è coperto dalla presente Garanzia Limitata. Se lo è, Flow riparerà o sostituirà, a
sua esclusiva discrezione, il prodotto in questione. Flow può sostituire le parti garantite dalla presente Garanzia Limitata con altre di colore, apparenza o specifiche diversi da quelli
originali. I prodotti riparati o sostituiti sono coperti dalla garanzia originale per il periodo restante. QUESTA GARANZIA LIMITATA È ESCLUSIVA E SOSTITUISCE QUALSIASI ALTRA

Flowの制限付き保証は、Flowブーツ、Flowバインディング、Flowスノーボードが、小売のお客様がFlow正規
代理店で購入した場合、元々の小売のお客様が購入された日から一年間、材質および仕上がりに欠陥がない
ものであることを保証します。Flowの制限付き保証は、具体的に示されたFlowスノーボードの特定のモデル
が、小売のお客様がFlow正規代理店で購入した場合、元々の小売のお客様が購入された日から四年間、材質
および仕上がりに欠陥がないものであることを保証します（Per4mance Guarantee program）。当保証は最
初の小売購入者にのみ向けられた保証であり、これを譲渡することはできません。小売のお客様の制限付き
保証の請求には、Flow正規代理店からの購入証明が必要です。製品を非正規代理店あるいは第三者から購入
した場合、当保証によるすべての補償は無効となります。購入日が確定できない場合、その特定のモデルの
最終製造年に基づきFlowが決定を行うものとします。 当制限付き保証は、Flow製品および部品の仕上がり、
構造および材質上の欠陥、剥離、破損、挿入品やハードウェアの不良といった、製造上の欠陥によるものの

セットアップや不適切な取り付け金具の利用、サイズの問題、雪面以外での利用、硬い物質による切断、打
撃や衝撃、その他の無責任な使用法から生じた損傷には適用しません。Flowが具体的に書面で許可していな
い、製品への何らかの改造、変更、改変があった場合、当保証によるすべての補償は無効となります。 返品
はすべてFlow正規代理店のみを通して行います。Flowの制限付き保証あるいは補償請求の手順に関してご質
