specified in the attached Schedule of Approval.
This is to certify that:
The undersigned Surveyor of the Society, acting within the Bureau Veritas Marine Division General Conditions, has
performed, at the Service Supplier’s request, an assessment of the facilities, organisational structure and
procedures of the said Service Supplier, in compliance with the relevant requirements of the Society Rule Note NR
533.
The facilities, organisational structure and procedures were found satisfactory for the servicing of the equipment
described in the attached Schedule of Recognition.
