Main missions:
1/ Designing and developing embedded firmware, drivers and applications using C and C++ .
2/ Integration of third party firmware modules (including Schneider bricks).
3/ Perform code maintenance.
4/ Produce software specifications. Scheduling and leading small teams (if suitably experienced).
5/ Write and perform Unit Tests and Integration testing
Profile and Competences:
The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals.

Education: University degree or equivalent experience in Embedded Firmware Development
·
Technical Field: Electrical / Computer Engineering
·
Work experience needed:
At least 12 months co-op. Previous embedded firmware development experience would be highly regarded. It would be beneficial to have working
experience with Schneider Electric tools and processes.

Requested languages: Well known – Fluent knowledge in written and verbal English.
·
Personal abilities or skills: Creative, flexible and source of initiative
Experience in a development team environment assisting other developers.
