FOR CROWNS, PARTIAL CROWNS, VENEERS AND INLAYS: 80% LIQUID powder liquid dest. water reaction time Small (100g) 100g 21,5 ml 5,5 ml 25 minutes Large (200g) 200g 43,0 ml 11,0 ml 25 minutes powder liquid dest. water reaction time 200g 38,0 ml 16,0 ml 25 minutes MIXING RATIO FOR BRIDGES: 70% LIQUID Large (200g) All values listed in the schedule are only recommendations and can be modified individually depending on the dimension of the restoration. 1. IMPORTANT: For single, small sized objects, we recommend to applicate a „blind“ sprue with a diameter of 3,5mm and a length of about 10mm. 2. Fill liquid / water-mixture and investment powder both into a mixing bowl. 3. Start timer when bringing together the powder and the liquid. 4. Mix the investment by hand with a spatula. 5. Put the investment under vacuum for 15 sec. without starting the mixer. 6. Mix for 60 sec. under vacuum by 420 r.p.m. . 7. After the mixing procedure, leave the investment under vacuum for 5 sec. . 8. Fill the ring former during vibrations. 9. After filling the ring former, protect it from any movement. 10. Remove the ring former one minute before end of reaction time. 11. Edges of the ring should be scraped and base should be levelled. 12. Put the ring with the opening downside into the preheated furnace at maximum 850°C / 1562°F. The ideal position is located in the rear part of the preheating furnace at a distance of about 1 inch to the side walls. Take care that the wax can flow out unhindered after the ring was placed into the furnace. 13. If there is more than one ring, keep an interval of 10 min. before the next ring can be inserted. 14. The specified holding times refer to the final temperature after reaching the final temperature with the inserted rings! The recommended preheating time for a 100g ring is minimum 45 minutes, for a 200g ring 60 minutes, each additional ring increases the time by about 10 minutes. 15. At the end of the preheating time, start the procedure of pressing. Process and store investment only at a room temperature of 20°C / 68°F, as otherwise the expansion will be altered. www.zubler.de Subject to technical modification and further development ! 07/2011 B00130 / 07-2011 C Zubler Gerätebau GmbH Buchbrunnenweg 26 D-89081 Ulm-Jungingen Fon +49(0)731-14 52 0 Fax +49(0)731-14 52 13 X PRESS-MA TM Matériau de revêtement rapide pour la pressée du disilicate de lithium.
