The ISSS-9 has negotiated some special fare with hotels in Paris

ACCOMMODATION
The ISSS-9 has negotiated some special fare with hotels in Paris from July 1st to July 11th,
2009. These special ISSS-9 room rates are subject to availability and hotel booking is made
on a "first-come, first-served basis".
Please, contact directly the hotel for booking and precise "ISSS-9 Conference" to get the
negotiated fare.
Beware: Room cancellations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy.
Deadline for negotiated fare: May 30th, 2009.
----------------Information for Students and Young Scientists (<33 years old)
Students and young scientists (<33 years) will be hosted in 3 kind of housings:
a) Students and young scientists (<33 years) receiving a fellowship:
They will be hosted in the "University Dormitory" in St Cloud or in "Hotel Première
Classe" in St Cyr. The cost of the housing will be covered by the fellowship and prepaid by
the Local Organizing Committee.
b) Students and young scientists who will not benefit of a fellowship
The ISSS-9 LOC has negotiated a special fare with a hotel in Meudon (10mn far from
the ISSS-9 venue and 20mn far from Paris by local transportation). The price is 68
Euros/room/night including breakfast. If you are interested in booking in this hotel, please

If this hotel proposal is not convenient, you can choose another hotel in the list below or make
a booking at your own convenience.
-----------------IMPORTANT :
* All participants of Part 1 are kindly requested to arrive and to pick up their conference
material on ISSS-9 site no later than Thursday July 2nd, 6:30 PM. This deadline is
necessary to define on site all participant pairs for "hands-on" sessions, on the afternoon of
Thursday July 2nd.
* Complete classes will start on Friday July 3rd at 9:00 AM.
