This memo provides and overview of the online drop box which stores documents
useful for the Sub-Committee on the Prevention of Torture (SPT) for the upcoming
visit to Mali.
The materials stored in the drop box were collected by members of the OPCAT Mali
Research Project of the Center for Law and Global Affairs at the Sandra Day O’Connor
College of Law at Arizona State University
