ABOUT THE JOB
The Industrial Engineer will lead the planning, direction, training, and coordination of manufacturing
techniques to foster a continuous improvement culture and serve as a catalyst to promote Lean
thinking throughout the organization.

Lead training workshops aimed at educating and developing employees on various lean topics
and tools.
Lead various kaizen events in a cross-functional team setting and demonstrate successful
outcomes.
Support both engineering and production by systematically solving manufacturing issues while
minimizing cost and improving quality.
Suggest and recommend process improvement opportunities and control of statistical charges
Improve engineering flow through network value alignment
Support monthly organization review meetings
Design Job 6S maintenance
Improve areas in the manufacturing plant in order to optimize space and quantify operating
costs
Identify and eliminate waste at the source using 5 Whys method
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5 years relevant experience

• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
