Prelude
Welcome and Greetings
* Response
MV 1, v. 1
Let us build a house where love can dwell
and all can safely live,
a place where saints and children tell
how hearts learn to forgive.
Built of hopes and dreams and visions,
rock of faith and vault of grace;
here the love of Christ shall end divisions:
All are welcome, all are welcome,
All are welcome in this place.
* Responsive call to worship: Psalm 100
Sing to the Lord, all the world!
Manompoa an’i Jehovah Amin’ny fifaliana;
Mankanesa eo anatrehany amin’ny fihobiana
Acknowledge that the Lord is God
He made us, and we belong to him
We are his people, we are his flock
Midira eo amin’ny Vavahadiny amin’ny fisaorana,
Ary eo an-kianjany amin’ny fiderana;
Misaora Azy, mankalaza ny anarany.
The Lord is good; His love is eternal
and his faithfulness lasts forever.
* Opening prayer
* Hymn
O Lord my God
O! Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the works thy hand has made,
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy pow’r throughout the universe displayed.
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to thee;
How great thou art, how great thou art, (bis)

O Dieu d'amour, que tu es grand! (bis)

* Hymn
Come, O fount of every blessing
VU 559
Come, O Fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing your grace;
streams of mercy, never ceasing call for songs of endless praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet, sung by flaming tongues above.
Praise the mount; I’m fixed upon it, mount of God’s unfailing love.
Here, I pause in my sojourning, giving thanks for having come,
come to trust, at every turning, God will guide me safely home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger, wandering from the fold of God,
came to rescue me from danger, precious presence, precious blood.
O, to grace how great a debtor daily I am drawn a-new!
Let that grace now, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to you.
Prone to wander, I can feel it, wander from the love I’ve known:
here’s my heart, oh, take and seal it for your very own.

fire. The United Church of Canada is accepting donations to support
the response of our Alberta and Northwest Conference to this
disaster. You can donate through the United Church online or by
making out a cheque to Plymouth-Trinity and marking it
“Emergency Response - Fort McMurray”.
In the Community
Janet McBurney has accepted the baton once again and will be
participating in her 13th Relay For Life to raise money for the Canadian

A NEW CREED
We are not alone, we live in God's world.
We believe in God:
who has created and is creating,
who has come in Jesus, the Word made flesh,
to reconcile and make new,
who works in us and others by the Spirit.
We trust in God.
We are called to be the Church:
to celebrate God's presence,
to live with respect in Creation,
to love and serve others,
to seek justice and resist evil,
to proclaim Jesus, crucified and risen,
our judge and our hope.
In life, in death, in life beyond death, God is with us.
We are not alone.
Thanks be to God.
