1.1 Anschluss über USB
Die Software CHERRY Tools wird ständig
weiterentwickelt. Die aktuelle Version
erhalten Sie im Internet unter:

1 Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker in einen
beliebigen USB-Anschluss Ihres Systems. Sie können auch den USBAnschluss eines Geräts verwenden,
das am System angeschlossen ist.
Das Keypad bietet Ihnen folgende Vorteile:

1.2 Anschluss über PS/2
Das Gerät unterstützt auch den
Anschluss an die PS/2-Buchse des PCs.
Hierzu benötigen Sie einen handelsüblichen USB-PS/2-Adapter (nicht im Lieferumfang).
1 Schalten Sie den PC aus.
2 Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker des
Geräts in den USB-PS/2-Adapter (nicht
im Lieferumfang).
3 Stecken Sie den PS/2-Stecker in die
entsprechende Buchse am System.
4 Schalten Sie den PC ein.
Die Direkthilfe ist Bestandteil der Software. Sie bietet Ihnen Informationen zur
Bedienung dort wo Sie diese benötigen
und wird mit F1 aufgerufen.
Die Konfiguration wird nicht in der Tastatur, sondern als Datei auf dem PC gespeichert.
3 Reinigung des
Geräts
VORSICHT: Beschädigung
durch aggressive Reinigungsmittel oder Flüssigkeit im
Gerät
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine
Lösungsmittel wie Benzin oder Alkohol und keine Scheuermittel oder
Scheuerschwämme.
• Verhindern Sie, dass Flüssigkeit in die
Tastatur gelangt.
1 Befeuchten Sie ein weiches Tuch mit
einem milden Reinigungsmittel. Beispiel: Geschirrspülmittel.

use the USB connection of a device that
is connected to the system.

CHERRY Tools
The software CHERRY Tools is subject to
constant development. The latest version
is available on the Internet under:

• All keys can be freely programmed via
the CHERRY Tools software (see
2 "Software CHERRY Tools")
• 4 additional keys which can be labeled
individually
• Suitable for right- and left-handed

2 Follow the instructions on the screen.
The direct help is a component of the software. It provides you with information on
operation where you need it. It is called up
via F1.
1.2 Connecting the keypad to
the PS/2 port
The configuration is not saved in the keyboard, but rather as a file on the PC.
The device also supports connection to
the PS/2 port of the PC. A commerciallyavailable USB to PS/2 adapter is required
here (not included in scope of delivery).
3 Cleaning the device
When the keypad is connected to the system, the functions of the labeled keys are
available.
1 Turn off the system.
Keys can be freely assigned when the
CHERRY Tools software has been
installed.

2 Insert the USB plug of the device into
the USB to PS/2 adapter (not included
in scope of delivery).
3 Connect the PS/2 plug to the corresponding socket in the system.
4 Turn the system on again.
CAUTION: Damage may be
caused by harsh cleaning
agents or liquids in the device
• Do not use solutions such as gasoline
or alcohol and scouring agents or
scouring foam for cleaning.
• Avoid allowing fluids to enter the
device.
1 Moisten a soft cloth with a mild cleaning agent. Example: Dish detergent.
2 Remove soiling from the surface of the
device.

1.1 Raccordez l'appareil via la
connexion USB
1 Raccordez le connecteur USB à un port
USB quelconque de votre système.
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser le port USB
d'un périphérique branché sur le système.
2 Suivez les instructions d'installation
affichées.
1.2 Raccordez l'appareil via la
connexion PS/2
L'appareil supporte également le raccordement à la douille PS/2 du PC. Il vous
faut à cet effet un adaptateur du commerce USB-PS/2 (non fourni avec l'appareil).
1 Eteignez le système.
2 Insérez la fiche USB de l'appareil dans
l'adaptateur USB-PS/2 (non fourni avec
l'appareil).
3 Branchez le connecteur PS/2 sur le
prise correspondante du système.
4 Remettez le système sous tension.
Le logiciel est perfectionné en permanence. La version actuelle du logiciel
CHERRY Tools est disponible sur Internet
à l'adresse: www.cherry-world.com.
L'aide en ligne fait partie intégrante du
logiciel. Elle vous donne des informations
sur la commande là où vous en avez
besoin et vous l'appelez avec F1.
La configuration n'est pas mémorisée
dans le pavé numérique, mais sous forme
de fichier dans le PC.

3 Nettoyage de
l'appareil
ATTENTION: Détérioration en
cas d’utilisation de produits de
nettoyage agressifs ou de pénétration de liquide dans l'appareil
• Pour le nettoyage, n'utilisez pas de solvants tels que l'essence ou l'alcool ni
aucun produit ou éponge abrasif.
• Empêchez tout liquide de pénétrer
dans l'appareil.

1 Humidifiez un chiffon doux avec un produit de nettoyage doux. Exemple:
détergent pour vaisselle.
2 Eliminer les salissures de la surface de
l'appareil.
3 Eliminez les résidus éventuels de produit de nettoyage avec un chiffon
humide.
4 Séchez l'appareil avec un chiffon doux
non peluchant.
