In 2001 , we has built a new modern plant with 10,000
square meters area, 800 staff and annual production
capability of 2,000,000sets.

Meanwhile, we have been bringing many top grade
automatically manufacturing and quality testing machines in
DEKOLUX, which are applied to punching, die-casting,
polishing , cylinders manufacturing, assembly production
workshops and quality control system. The new equipments
are capable of producing high precision kitchen sinks and quality
of DEKOLUX products has improved obviously. In addition,
because of the high-tech testing equipments, our quality
testing system has met ANSI standard.

production technique for our workers and management

Depuis 1992, DEKOLUX a devient peu a peu un des plus celebres de
la serrure & fabricants de materiel raison de la qualite, a haute valeur
ajoutee, verite et de la variation. La direction et les ingenieurs des
decennies de processus DEKOLUX d'experience dans I'industrie de la
fabrication de precision serrure haute, ce qui rend les produits tres
respectes non seulement a Taiwan, mais aussi en Asie du Sud Est,
Europe, Amerique, etc .. Nos lignes de produits importants, tels que
la qualite de jeu de poignee haute, serrures a mortaise, serrures a
cylindre, serrures tubulaires, penes dormants, serrures de jante, etc
combo verrouille.
En 2001 , nous a construit une nouvelle usine moderne avec 10.000
metres carres zone, 800 membres du personnel et de la capacite de
production annuelle de 2.000.000 ensembles.
Pendant ce temps, nous avons ete beaucoup plus haut grade
apportant automatiquement fabrication et machines d'essai de
qualite dans DEKOLUX, qui sont appliques a coups de poing, de
moulage sous pression, Ie polissage, la fabrication des cylindres, des
ateliers de production de montage et de controle de la qualite. La
nouvelle equioment sont capables de produire des serrures de
haute precision et de la qualite des produits s'est amelioree
DEKOLUX obviosly. En outre, en raison des equipements d'essai de
haute technologie, nos tests de qualite a rencontre la norme ANSI.
Nous payons toujours plus d'attention a la formation a long terme
de technique de production pour nos travailleurs et technique de
gestion pour notre chefs de departement. Le experimentee et
creative equipe R&D favorise de nouveaux produits regulierement
