The property comprises of 130 hectares of unique natural scenic value in the island of
Mallorca, the largest island of Spain. Mediterranean fields surrounding the luxury villa
for rent were once hills and forests reserved by the nobility for hunting. This area
endures as an uncontaminated natural resource of great ecological value, and is
specially protected by environmental legislation. Located only four kilometres from the
virgin beaches, the terraces and gardens of the mansion offer grand panoramic views
of the Tramuntana mountain range and Cape Formentor, la Bahía de Alcudia Sea and
the mountain range of Levante de Mallorca. A mere 20 minute drive leads to the golf
courses of Pula, Canyamel or Capdepera.
The private manor mansion could be described as a harmonious coming together
between nature, art and architecture. It was built in the 16th century and it has been
recently refurbished. Its 2,000sqm are organised over two levels from which the tower
protrudes, offering clear views of the whole island of Mallorca. On the ground floor, an
entrance with two arches gives access to salons that connect the winter dining room,
summer dining room, the kitchen, courtyard with fountain and the glazed porch that
serves also as the access to the family chapel. On the upper floor are a beautiful
library and a spacious living room with grand piano, in which private chamber music
concerts are performed. The library receives a great amount of natural light through a
greenhouse. The mansion possesses all modern amenities, including air conditioning,
Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
Eight en suite bedrooms have a maximum capacity of 16 people, but additional beds
can be provided to reach a capacity of 18 people. On the lower level is a suite with a
double bedroom and the rest of the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The upper living
room with fireplace gives access to the bedrooms via two staircases and the rooms
have exterior access through different terraces. There are four twin rooms, two double
rooms and the tower room has two levels, a lower twin bedroom and two extra single

the pool. A large covered terrace, lounge area, dining area and various terraces and

barn, which was used in the past to thresh wheat, can be found in a garden together
