L’étudiant devra participer et prendre l’initiative dans ce rôle de transformation afin de mener le groupe GRS à un niveau de « leader » dans son domaine. Support Service Network group process transformation leading edge initiatives. Lead/participate in implementing such initiatives in order to position the Service Network group as a leader in his field of activities. Description: Le mandat comprend les responsabilités suivantes: Diriger le programme Centre d’entretien et réparation “CER” Or Le programe CER Or consiste en l’implantation d’un système de mesure de performance afin de d’évaluer la performance du réseau de services de P&WC. Ce programme requiert la définition et la mise en place de nouveaux processus d’affaire chez P&WC ainsi qu’avec notre réseau de services aux clients. L’étudiant devra détailler les critères de mesure de performance, mettre à jour nos processus et finalement émettre des rapports mensuels sur la performance de notre réseau client. Revues contractuelles L’étudiant supportera l’équipe GRS en exécutant les tâches suivantes: Mise à jouer de contrats types Développer et maintenir certains rapports au niveau des requis contractuelles Coordonner différents projets spéciaux en collaboration avec les membres de différents départements Stratégie centre de réparation et d’entretien moteur (Moteur vs groupe auxiliaire de puissance) Supporter la mise à niveau de la stratégie d’affaire pour les centres de réparation et d’entretien moteur vs groupe auxiliaire de puissance. Processus et politiques Support et gestion du changement de nos procédures d’affaire. **** Lead Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) Gold initiative DOF Gold system targets specifically P&WC’s Designated Overhaul Facilities *(“DOF”) 3rd party engine maintenance Internal use ID : 1662 Page 1 of 2 providers in implementing a continuous improvement process. More specifically, the student will define, detail and perform DOF Gold reporting. Contract reviews The student will support the following activities: Updating contract boilerplates Developing and maintaining various reports Coordinating special projects in collaboration with members of various departments Strategy on DOF and Authorized Repair Facility (ARF) Support and provide input for alignment on DOF vs ARF strategy. Process/Policy on ARF Support the implementation/change management of the APU/APS MRO network from ARF to P&WC Models (TSA/DOF/Collaboration) and updating and improving working procedures and guidelines. Milestones will be defined the student at the beginning of the term based on priorities. Please note that if you are selected for an interview, you will be notified on May 27th. Deliverables: 1) Continuous Improvement system for Designated Overhaul Facilities (Reports on DOF Gold) 2) Understanding of APU/APS market landscape and MRO elements Benefit: 1) Implementation of a systematic approach for continuous improvement to drive the highest key standards relating to our Service Network (Designated Overhaul Facilities “DOF” and eventually to “ARF”). 2) Support the transformation (short term and long term strategy with short term/long term steps) of the APU/APS MRO model to ensure ROS and market competitiveness thru customer satisfaction. 3) Increase process robustness in improving and putting in place new processes for the Service Network team.
