WIRE WHEEL BALANCING CONES (W179)

36mm Slip Bushes
This product has been tested to withstand a 600lbs axial load.
Instructions:
1. Locate the Male cone on the balancing spindle against the face of the balancing
machine (using the 36mm slip bushes as required).
2. Centre the inside face of the centre lock wheel against the male cone
3. Locate the Female cone on the balancing spindle and engage the outboard side of
the centre lock wheel within the groove on the inside face of the female cone.
4. Clamp the assembly together with the balancer nut.

Troubleshooting:
The wire wheel balancing cones within this kit have been manufactured with a 40mm I.D, with
additional 36mm Slip Bushes supplied separately. The vast majority of tyre balancing
machines in use today use either 40mm or 36mm diameter balancing spindles. Should you
be unable to locate a local tyre fitter with the relevant equipment then please call MGOC
Spares & Accessories for assistance. Tailored slip bushes can be manufactured to order and
supplied at additional cost. Should you require technical assistance please do not hesitate to
