ADMNISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE ADMISSION TO THE BAR
ASSOCIATION
1. Lettre de demande adressée au Bâtonnier (précision de la demande : inscription à la liste des
avocats stagiaires, ou au Tableau). Les postulants dispensés du stage doivent présenter les
pièces établissant leur droit à cette dispense.
Application letter addressed to the Bar President (clearly indicating whether you are applying
for the admission to the Roll of Advocates or to the list of Intern Advocates).Applicants
exempted from internship shall submit documents justifying their right to the exemption.

7. Attestation de services rendus pour ceux ayant signé un contrat de travail dans le passé.
Certificate of accomplished services for those who have signed an employment contract in the
past.
8. Déclaration sur l’honneur

que je n’exerce aucune des activités énumérées à l’article 38 de la loi Nº83/2013 du
11/09/2013 portant création de l’Ordre des Avocats au Rwanda et déterminant son
organisation et fonctionnement ; que je n’ai jamais rien accompli qui puisse être considéré
comme incompatible avec l’honneur et la dignité ; spécialement que mon activité ne m’a
jamais amené à accomplir un acte qui, s’il était connu s’opposerait à mon inscription, que je
n’ai jamais, ni en République du Rwanda, ni à l’Etranger, fait l’objet d’aucune condamnation
pénale, que je n’ai été ni amnistié ni réhabilité à la suite d’une pareille condamnation.

une autre feuille).
