To attain this objective in a phase of really high growth, IbanFirst is ready to expand its team and is now recruiting a Middle Office Assistant in its
Belgium office.
Job Description
We are hiring a Middle Office Assistant that will liaise daily with the Front Office and internal technical teams to monitor operations and develop
tools for monitoring and reporting. The Middle Office Assistant is also in daily contact with bank counterparties (banks and brokers) and clients. It’s
an operational role, directly reporting to the Business Ops. Manager.
You will perform the following tasks:

Completion of due diligence and risk analysis of client files
Oversee all activities of trade operations and resolve post trade and settlement issues
Monitor and perform reviews of cash and position reconciliations related to trading operations and bank transfers
Supporting the Front Office
Manage risks (Counterparty, foreign exchange and credit risk)
Function of expertise for clients on issues of payment and risk
Manage and conduct projects in order to optimize and develop the solutions offered by FX4BIZ

Bachelor / Master in Finance
Basic knowledge of Forex
Fluent in French and English - Dutch is a plus
A first experience on a Middle Office desk is a plus
