is a report of tho Panel arranged in Berkeley on August 16 to 18, 1963, under the
sponsorship of illlliSCO. The report io eontaining the hitherto existing results with respcct
to chlorinity, salinity, donsity, eonductivity und refractive indox as woll as the
relationshipamong theso propertios. With this report a basis is proparod for obtaining
nOVl oceanographic tables in a near future. Dr. Cox, NIO, England, TIill submit this
rcport on the meeting of the Hydrographical Co~~ttoo of lCES.
