We are expecting many of you to this celebration, a return back on the land that our ancestor Pierre Tremblay has
cleared for cultivation. As years went by, many Tremblays attended our Association’s gatherings. These meetings allow
us to fraternize and to recall the history of our large family.

The ATA’s 35 will emphasize the Marriage Anniversaries to multiples of five in 2013 and we invite the jubilees to
come and celebrate their weddings with their relatives and friends. The first registration was received December 26, 2012,
from Ronald (535) and Isabelle Neveu (535-c) for their “Vermeil Wedding – 45 Years”. On March 8, 2013, we received the
one of Maurice (3373-life member) and Madeleine Perron (3373-c-life member) for their “Gold Wedding – 50 Years”.
Since the last bulletin, many people asked if they could attend only the cocktail, the banquet and the evening. Taking
this into account, we decided to separate the program and to propose two packages. Your registration form must be received by June 7 at the latest.
The two proposed packages replace the ones appearing in December 2012 bulletin

The 24 x 30 in contemporary art painting, of $ 2,600 value and titled « Gaiety II », is from artist painter-sculptor
Clément Veilleux from Québec City. Considered as one of the best contemporary painter in the province of Québec, his
works are sold in the major art galleries of western Canada, where the value of this painting exceeds $ 5,000.

Within enchanting scenery of Baie-Saint-Paul, the Galerie d’Art Yvon Desgagnés,
member of the Professional Art Galleries Association of the Province of Québec, exists
since 1982. It is the much sought-after Gallery in Canada for its largest re-
nowned living artists, Canadians, Quebeckers and a few from Europe. It is The
Gallery in Charlevoix, with quality works selected by experienced people. It is
also a love story with the clientele, which learned to recognize the integrity and
knowledge of its owner. Mr. Desgagnés is one of the founders of the Professional Art Galleries Association of the Province of Québec.

CLÉMENT LEMIEUX, ARTIST PAINTER
In the image of his family that counts 12 children today, Clément Lemieux’s career shows remarkable progress. Being
a creative action basically intuitive, each painting spreads out to the spectator’s eye by union of pure tonalities within
which the artist creates depth and light density interactions; his technique does not cease to evolve. Galleries from the
Province of Québec, Ontario, USA and even Europe acquire his works. Famous Cirque du Soleil joins the artist by accepting to distribute some of his works abroad. He is also present in numerous leading expositions and distinguishes himself
at the Joyner Waddington's Canadian Fine Art Auction.

«The exhibition attests the fruit of artistic attachment of some of the more passionate and
committed collectors in the support of the career of this artist that fascinates and divides.
Painter of the weaknesses of mankind, demiurge and self-destructive at the same time, of
misfiring of History and of our contemporary mythologies, Marc Séguin transfigures an often
threatening and hostile reality by loading it with a sublimate dimension that endows great
symbolic power to his works. Testifying of his interest for the sacred and for politics, Marc
Séguin shows and magnifies some events and actors of our contemporary history on representations where seduction and repulsion meet. This expressive force is rendered by a technique
combining schematic layout, photographic realism and gestural traces in compositions
marked by an economy of means, notably chromatic. Stemming from collections resting on
trained collectors eye, but also from spontaneous impulses of individual passions, the proposed
selection expresses the essentials of Marc Séguin’s processes during the last fifteen years.»
