Situated within walking distance from the centre of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi in the
direction of Deserto, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants, rests this smart
villa. Sorrento, Capri, Massa Lubrense and Positano are amongst the beautiful
surrounding towns, or you can relive the history of Pompei, Ercolano or Paestum in 79
BC, before Vesuvius destroyed the natural beauty for almost 2000 years. Some of the
best characteristics of this luxury villa are its privacy, accessibility for disabled persons,
independency and the fantastic view of the valley and of the Bay of Naples.
The villa is a three-story building. The entire air conditioned house has been furnished
with careful attention to all details, each and every room in a different style and a
different colour scheme. A few steps downwards will take you to the entrance of the
villa; to the elegantly furnished living room area and the kitchen that lead to the
terrace, the laundry room and a closet. You will also find the spa area here which you
will be allowed to use for an extra fee and which consists of shower, Jacuzzi and
sauna.
The luxury rental villa can accommodate up to 13 people in seven bedrooms with
seven bathrooms. Behind the living room area there is a small toilet and a double
bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms: one has got a
double bed, a sofa/single bed and a shower room, the second one features a double
bed and a hydro-massage tub in the bathroom. The third bedroom (with double bed
and a shower room) has its own private balcony that leads to the back of the villa. On
the third floor there are two other double bedrooms; one with shower and another one
with hydro-massage tub.
A few stairs will take you to the rooftop, functioning as a sunbathing terrace, with
splendid views of Capri and St. Costanzo and an amazing 360° panoramic view of
Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. Two of the bedrooms have a communal balcony with view to
