ƒ I have duly completed and signed my Application for a Québec Selection Certificate with the goal of settling in
Québec along with, where applicable, members of my family who are accompanying me.
ƒ I have been informed that, if my application is approved by the Government of Québec, I will receive a
Québec Selection Certificate and, where applicable, so will members of my family who are accompanying
me.
ƒ I have been informed that, after this selection by Québec, any permanent resident visa which the Canadian
Visa Office may issue to me as an investor, and to persons accompanying me, will identify Québec as my
destination and the place where I will settle.
ƒ I firmly intend to use this permanent resident visa to settle in Québec and, where applicable, the persons
accompanying me firmly intend to use these permanent resident visas to settle in Québec.
ƒ I will contact representatives of the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles within 30 days
of my arrival in Québec.
