INTERNET SERVICES MEMBERSHIP
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CAISSES SOCIALES DE MONACO
AND THE EMPLOYER
Internet services membership is subject to acceptance of the general conditions set out in articles I to IX of this
agreement.
ARTICLE I – PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The purpose of this agreement is to provide the user
with a range of internet services. The services are
independent of each other.
Access to these services is continuous (except for
temporary technical interruption).
ARTICLE II – TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement shall be valid indefinitely and may be
terminated at any time, in whole or in part, subject to
written notification by either party of at least one
month prior to the effective termination date.
ARTICLE III – USER IDENTIFICATION
A subscriber number and password covering the
different services to which the user wishes to subscribe
shall
be
issued
by
recorded
delivery
with
acknowledgement of receipt on signing this agreement.
ARTICLE IV – CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
For security reasons, the user is asked to change the
initial password the first time that they connect.
After five unsuccessful attempts to connect, access to
the service shall be blocked. It will then be necessary
to contact the Contribution Collections Department,
which, after verifying the contracting party's identity,
will issue a new password.
ARTICLE V – SALARY STATEMENT AND REMITTANCE
ADVICE FOR ONLINE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
CONTRIBUTIONS
Pre-populated screens are made available for the user
who agrees to complete them monthly, complying with
the deadline for sending the necessary information for
payment of contributions to the Principality's social
services (1) or unemployment insurance contributions,
namely the 10th of the subsequent calendar month.
Once validated, the statement can no longer be
modified.
ARTICLE VI – DATA TRANSFER OF THE SALARY
STATEMENT FILE
Membership of this service requires prior compliance
of the file as defined in the Caisses Sociales
specification, available on the website or on request.
ARTICLE VII – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The system design guarantees the confidentiality and
integrity of the data as well as its reliability. The
computer records will prevail in the event of a dispute
between the parties to this agreement.
After every declarative transaction, the user will
receive a certificate of acknowledgement of reception
that they must retain.

PAYMENT

FOR
ELECTRONIC
Membership for electronic online payment is subject
to the subscriber first signing a form authorizing the
Caisses Sociales to perform direct debit transactions.
An original bank statement from the account to be
debited must be attached to this document.

CONTRIBUTIONS
ELECTRONIC
PAYMENT
OF
Pre-populated screens are made available for the user
who agrees to complete them monthly, complying
with the deadline for validation of payment, namely
the 10th of the calendar month (Saturday and
Sunday included). After this deadline, as in the case
of partial payment, the penalties stipulated regarding
this matter shall be applied.
Once validated, the amount can no longer be
modified and the bank account will be debited from
the 5th working day (Saturday and Sunday excluded)
following the validation date.
Moreover, if the subscriber opts for this service, they
agree to the exclusive use of electronic payments for
all contributions payable to social services in the
Principality

and
unemployment
insurance
contributions.

L'adhésion aux services offerts sur Internet est subordonnée à l'acceptation des conditions générales prévues aux
articles I à IX de la présente convention.
ARTICLE I - OBJET DE LA CONVENTION
L’objet de la présente Convention est de mettre à la
disposition de l'utilisateur un bouquet de services sur
Internet. Ces services sont indépendants l'un de
l'autre.
L'accès à ces services est permanent (sauf interruption
technique momentanée).
ARTICLE II - DUREE DE LA CONVENTION
La présente Convention est établie sans limitation de
durée et peut être résiliée à tout moment, en totalité
ou en partie, sous réserve d'une notification écrite de
l’une des parties au moins un mois avant la date
effective de résiliation.
ARTICLE III - IDENTIFICATION DE L’UTILISATEUR
Un numéro d'abonné et un mot de passe couvrant les
différents services auxquels l'utilisateur a souhaité
adhérer sont délivrés dès signature de la présente
Convention par courrier recommandé avec accusé de
réception.
ARTICLE VI – TELETRANSMISSION DU FICHIER DE
DECLARATION DE SALAIRES
L’adhésion à ce service nécessite au préalable la mise
en conformité du fichier comme défini dans le cahier
des charges spécifique des Caisses Sociales, disponible
sur le site ou sur simple demande.
ARTICLE VII – DISPOSITIONS DIVERSES
La conception du système garantit la confidentialité et
l'intégrité des données, ainsi que leur fiabilité. Les
enregistrements informatiques feront foi en cas de
différend entre les parties de la présente convention.
L'utilisateur
disposera
après
chaque
opération
déclarative d'un certificat valant accusé de réception,
qu'il devra conserver.
ARTICLE VIII – ADHESION AU TELEPAIEMENT
ARTICLE IV - CONFIDENTIALITE ET SECURITE
L’adhésion
au télépaiement
sur
Internet
est
conditionnée par la signature préalable, par l’adhérent,
d’un imprimé autorisant les Caisses Sociales à
effectuer les opérations de prélèvement. Un relevé
d’identité bancaire original du compte à débiter doit
être obligatoirement joint à ce document.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, il est demandé à
l'utilisateur de modifier le mot de passe initial lors de
l'établissement de sa première connexion.
ARTICLE IX – TELEPAIEMENT DES COTISATIONS ET
DES CONTRIBUTIONS
Au-delà de cinq tentatives de connexion infructueuses,
l'accès au service sera bloqué. Il sera alors nécessaire
de prendre contact avec le Service Recouvrement, qui,
après vérification de l'identité du contractant, délivrera
un nouveau mot de passe.
ARTICLE V – DECLARATION DE SALAIRES ET AVIS DE
VERSEMENT DES CONTRIBUTIONS D'ASSURANCE
CHOMAGE EN LIGNE
Des écrans pré-renseignés sont mis à la disposition de
l'utilisateur
qui
s'engage
à
les
compléter
mensuellement en respectant la date limite d’envoi des
informations nécessaires au paiement des cotisations
aux organismes sociaux de la Principauté (1) ou des
contributions d’assurance chômage, à savoir le 10 du
mois civil suivant.
Une fois validée, la déclaration ne pourra plus être
modifiée.
Des écrans pré-renseignés sont mis à la disposition de
l'utilisateur
qui
s'engage
à
les
compléter
mensuellement en respectant la date limite de
validation du paiement savoir le 10 du mois civil
(samedi et dimanche inclus). Au-delà de cette
dernière, comme en cas de paiement partiel, les
pénalités prévues en la matière seront appliquées.
Une fois validé, le montant ne pourra plus être modifié
et le prélèvement sur le compte bancaire interviendra
à partir du 5ème jour ouvré (samedi et dimanche
exclus) suivant la date de validation.
Par
ailleurs,
l'adhérent
s'engage
à
utiliser
exclusivement le télépaiement pour s'acquitter de
l’ensemble des cotisations dues aux organismes
sociaux de la Principauté (2) et des contributions
d’assurance chômage.
